Access to List of Holders' Names and Addresses. Each Holder and each Owner shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold the Depositor, the Property Trustee, the Delaware Trustee or the Administrative Trustees accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Holders' Names and Addresses. Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to Servicer, within fifteen days after receipt by Trustee of a request therefor from Servicer in writing, in such form as Servicer may reasonably require, a list of the names and addresses of the Holders as of the most recent Record Date. If Definitive Certificates have been issued, Trustee, upon written request of (a) three or more Holders or (b) one or more Holders evidencing not less than 25% of the aggregate outstanding principal balance of the Certificates, will, within five Business Days after the receipt of such request, afford such Holders access during normal business hours to the most current list of Holders for purposes of communicating with other Holders with respect to their rights under the Agreement. Each Holder, by receiving and holding a Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold Seller, Servicer or Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of such Holder's name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Each Holder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, agrees with the Depositor, the Owner Trustee and the Trust Agent that none of the Depositor, the Owner Trustee or the Trust Agent shall be held accountable by reason of the disclosure of any such information as to its name and address hereunder, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.
Access to List of Holders' Names and Addresses. At any time when the Property Trustee is not also acting as the Securities Registrar, the Administrators or the Depositor shall furnish or cause to be furnished to each Issuer Trustee promptly upon request (a), a list, in such form as the Property Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Holders as of the most recent relevant record date (as set forth in Section 4.1(b)) and (b) such other information as such Issuer Trustee may reasonably require in order to enable such Issuer Trustee to discharge its obligations under this Trust Agreement, in each case to the extent such information is in the possession or control of the Administrators or the Depositor and is not identical to a previously supplied list or has not otherwise been received by the Issuer Trustees. The rights of Holders to communicate with other Holders with respect to their rights under this Trust Agreement or under the Trust Securities, and the corresponding rights of the Property Trustee shall be as provided in the Trust Indenture Act. Each Holder, by receiving and holding a Trust Securities Certificate, and each Owner shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold the Depositor, the Property Trustee or the Administrators accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Holders' Names and Addresses. The Administrative Trustees or the Depositor shall furnish or cause to be furnished (unless the Property Trustee or the Depositor is acting as Securities Registrar with respect to the Trust Securities) to (i) the Property Trustee semi-annually, not later than May 1 and November 1 in each year, and (ii) the Property Trustee within 15 days after receipt by any Administrative Trustee of a request therefor from the Property Trustee in writing, a list, in such form as the Property Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Holders as of a date not more than 15 days prior to the time such list is furnished in each case to the extent such information is the possession or control of the Administrative trustees or the Depositor and is not identical to a previously supplied list or has not otherwise been received by the Property Trustee in its capacity as Securities Registrar. The rights of Holders to communicate with other Holders with respect to their rights under this Trust Agreement or under the Trust Securities, and the corresponding rights of the Trustee shall be as provided in the Trust Indenture Act. Each Holder, by receiving and holding a Trust Securities Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold either the Depositor, the Administrative Trustees or the Property Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.
Access to List of Holders' Names and Addresses. At any time when the Property Trustee is not also acting as the Securities Registrar, the Depositor shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Property Trustee, semiannually not more than 15 days after December 31 and June 30, of each year beginning with December 31, 1998, and at such other times as the Property Trustee may request in writing within 30 days after receipt by the Depositor of any such request, a list, in such form as the Property Trustee may reasonably require containing all information in the possession or control of the Depositor, or any Paying Agent or any registrar of the Trust Securities other than the Property Trustee, as to the names and addresses of the Holders obtained (in the case of each list other than the first list) since the date as of which the next previous list was furnished. Any such list may be dated as of a date not more than fifteen days prior to the time such information is furnished or caused to be furnished, and need not include information received after such date. The rights of Holders to communicate with other Holders with respect to their rights under this Trust Agreement or under the Trust Securities, and the corresponding obligations and rights of the Property Trustee, shall be as provided in the Trust Indenture Act. Each Holder and each Owner shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold the Depositor, the Property Trustee, or the Administrators accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Each Holder, by receiving and holding a Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of RFS Holding, the Certificate Registrar or the Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.
