Administrative Trustees definition

Administrative Trustees shall have the meaning set forth in the Trust Agreement.

Administrative Trustees means, in respect of any Issuer Trust, each Person identified as an "Administrative Trustee" in the related Trust Agreement, solely in such Person's capacity as Administrative Trustee of such Issuer Trust under such Trust Agreement and not in such Person's individual capacity, or any successor administrative trustee appointed as therein provided.

• Regular meetings of the Administrative Trustees may be held at a time and place fixed by resolution of the Administrative Trustees.

Administrative Trustees means each Person appointed in accordance with Section 8.19 solely in such Person’s capacity as Administrative Trustee of the Issuer Trust and not in such Person’s individual capacity, or any successor Administrative Trustee appointed as herein provided.
