The Delaware Trustee Sample Clauses

The Delaware Trustee. (a) The Delaware Trustee is appointed to serve as the trustee of the Trust in the State of Delaware for the sole purpose of satisfying the requirement of Section 3807(a) of the DSTS that the Trust have at least one trustee with a principal place of business in the State of Delaware. It is understood and agreed by the parties hereto that the Delaware Trustee shall have none of the duties, obligations or liabilities of the Trustee.
The Delaware Trustee. The trustee, pursuant to Section 3807 of the Delaware Statutory Trust Statute, of the Trust in the State of Delaware shall be Wilmington Trust, National Association, a national banking association (including any successor trustee appointed in accordance with Section 13.6 of this Declaration, the “Delaware Trustee”). The street address of the principal office of Wilmington Trust, National Association, is, 1100 North Market Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19890. Any reference to “Trustee” or “Board of Trustees” in this Declaration and the Bylaws of the Trust shall not be deemed to include or refer to the Delaware Trustee.
