The Trust shall not issue any Certificate that would cause the aggregate nominal principal amount of all Certificates (including any Certificates that are issued on or after the Closing Date as Definitive Certificates) to exceed $100,000, or 100,000 units.
The Definitive Certificates, together with the form of election to purchase shares of Common Stock (the “Notice of Exercise”) and the form of assignment to be printed on the reverse thereof, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit B attached hereto.
