Xxxxxxx Levels. Minimum xxxxxxx shall be as established by the Fire Chief’s General Order #2 Manpower. If the Chief decides to change the xxxxxxx levels, he shall circulate a proposed new General Order incorporating the change. If the union wishes to bargain over the change, it shall notify the Chief, who shall then delay implementation of the changes for 30 days to allow for bargaining with the union during that period. During bargaining, the union shall be provided with the reasons for the change and the union shall have the opportunity to present alternatives to the change. After consideration of proposed alternatives, the Chief may implement the change unless the union has presented clear and convincing evidence that the change is unwarranted or unnecessary.
Xxxxxxx Levels. The Company is at all times mindful of its staffing levels and therefore will review its level of permanent employees on a case by case basis and may adjust its requirements of permanent’s on a strictly needs of the business basis requirement only.
Xxxxxxx Levels. Provisions as to the sufficient, safe and efficient xxxxxxx of ships are contained in Council Directive 1999/63/EC of 21 June 1999 (to be amended) concerning the European Agreement on the organisation of working time for seafarers (to be amended in accordance with Annex A to this Agreement).
Xxxxxxx Levels. The xxxxxxx levels will be no less than AS NZS 2299.1-2015 Occupational diving operations.
Xxxxxxx Levels. The parties agree that BOC needs the flexibility to employ casual and fixed term employees to operate its business operations. BOC will replace full time employees with same, except where it is demonstrated to site delegates that this will disadvantage the business and its employees. This review will include the outputs from the implementation of the Plant Maintenance system.
Xxxxxxx Levels. 11.1 The company and the employees recognise that xxxxxxx levels at plants may change for a number of reasons one of which, if the Company implements a central despatch system. Parties agree that any changes resulting from central despatch will only be effected following processes of proper consultation with the employees and the union.
Xxxxxxx Levels. 1.01 During the life of this Agreement there will be no less than a total of) sixteen (16) regular situations in the Press Department, consisting of fourteen (14) regular journey-men/apprentice press situations and two (2) regular flypacker situations in the press hall.
