Xxxxx and Conditions of Employment on Original New Media Productions. Employees may be employed by a Producer and assigned to an Original New Media Production as part of their regular workday (i.e., the guaranteed call) on the source broadcast production. The work for the Original New Media Production shall be considered part of the workday for the Employees on the source broadcast production and shall trigger overtime if work on the Original New Media Production extends the workday on the source broadcast production past the point at which overtime would normally be triggered on the source production. All other terms and conditions, including benefits, shall continue as if the employee were continuing to work on the source broadcast production. In all other situations, terms and conditions of employment are freely negotiable between the Employee and the Producer, except for those provisions identified in Paragraph E. below.

  • Terms and Conditions of Employment The term “terms and conditions of employment” means the hours of employment, the compensation therefore including fringe benefits except retirement contributions or benefits, and the Board of Education’s personnel policies affecting the working conditions of the employees.   • TRAINING AND EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT 9.1 The Employer and the Union recognize the value and benefit of education and training designed to enhance an employee’s ability to perform their job duties. Training and employee development opportunities will be provided to employees in accordance with college/district policies and available resources.

  • SAFETY CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT A. The District and its employees shall be safety conscious in their conduct and actions and shall cooperate in the implementation of the District's safety program.
