Work to Comply With Applicable Laws and Regulations. 6.13.1 Developer shall give all notices and comply with the following specific laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations and all other applicable laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations bearing on conduct of Work as indicated and specified, including but not limited to the appropriate statutes and administrative code sections. If Developer observes that Drawings and Specifications are at variance with any applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, or should Developer become aware of the development of conditions not covered by Contract Documents that may result in finished Work being at variance therewith, Developer shall promptly notify District in writing and any changes deemed necessary by District shall be made as provided in this Exhibit D for changes in Work.

Visual Artists Rights Act Contractor shall comply with all applicable mitigation measures, if any, adopted by any public agency with respect to this Project pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code section 21000 et seq.) If Contractor performs any Work that it knew, or through exercise of reasonable care should have known, to be contrary to any applicable laws, ordinance, rules, or regulations, Contractor shall bear all costs arising therefrom. Where Specifications or Drawings state that materials, processes, or procedures must be approved by the DSA, State Fire Xxxxxxxx, or other body or agency, Contractor shall be responsible for satisfying requirements of such bodies or agencies.
