Use of the Unit. A. Only the person listed as the resident in this contract may reside in the unit. The resident may use the unit and utilities for normal residential purposes only and in accordance with CBC policies, rules, and regulations. The resident will keep any unassigned space in the room clean and accessible. Failing to do so will result in charges of the daily room rate for both the unassigned space and the resident’s assigned space, and the resident may be subject to disciplinary action.
Use of the Unit. (a) Tenant shall use the unit only for the storage of Tenant's personal property, however said property shall not consist of any flammable or hazardous material of any nature, or any material in violation of any law or zoning, fire or other governmental rules or regulations. The unit shall not contain food or beverage or anything edible that may attract animals, rodents, insects, etc. The unit shall not be used for human or animal occupancy, to conduct a business, for cooking, sleeping or the consumption of alcoholic beverages, for car repairs or any dangerous activity, or in any way that is a nuisance to the Owner or other Tenants. Electricity supplied to the unit shall be used for necessary lighting only, and for no other purpose. The space shall not be used for any unlawful purpose.
Use of the Unit. If an auto is indoor, a drip pan must be used or floor mat to prevent soiling of the floor. No Garage Sales.
Use of the Unit. TENANT shall use the UNIT for residential purposes only. TENANT shall not use the UNIT or any part of the PROPERTY for any commercial business or purpose. TENANT shall use and occupy the UNIT and PROPERTY in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and any rules and regulations of any governmental board having jurisdiction.

Use of the Unit. The Tenant(s) agree that the Premises must be used only as private residence by the Tenant(s) and the household members named on Part B (6) in this Lease. Tenant(s) has the right to exclusive use and occupancy of the Unit for the Tenant(s) and other Household Members listed on this Lease.
Use of the Unit. The Purchaser shall not use the Unit for any purpose other than for residential purpose; or use the same in a manner that may cause nuisance or annoyance to the Co-Owners; or for any commercial or illegal or immoral purpose; or do or cause anything to be done in or about the Unit which may cause interference to any adjacent plot(s)/building(s) or in any manner interfere with the use of roads or amenities available for common use. The Purchaser shall indemnify the Vendor and other Co-Owners against any action, damages or loss due to misuse for which the Purchaser/occupant shall be solely responsible.
Use of the Unit. Tenant will comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations of all governmental authorities with jurisdiction over Tenant, Tenant's property, and/or the Unit, including, but not limited to, local fire codes, occupancy codes, and environmental laws and regulations. Tenant hereby agrees that: (a) the Unit will only be used for storage of personal property;
Use of the Unit. The Lessee shall not, without, the written consent of the Lessor, upon such conditions as Lessor may prescribe, use the unit or permit the same to be used for any purpose other than for a lawful home occupation and/or as a private dwelling or to permit the unit to be occupied by anyone other than Lessee, his immediate family and domestic employees.
Use of the Unit. (a)Tenant shall maintain the premises in good condition and at the expiration of the agreement, return the premises “broom clean” and in the same condition as at commencement of Xxxxxx’s occupancy. Tenant shall be responsible for any damage caused to the premises as a result of Xxxxxx’s occupancy or acts.
