Tenant and Household Members Sample Clauses

Tenant and Household Members. Tenant shall not assign this lease and shall not sublet or transfer possession of the leased premises. Tenant shall not take in boarders or lodgers and shall not use or permit use of the leased premises for any purpose other than as a private dwelling solely for Tenant and the other members of Tenant's household who are listed in Section I of this lease or who are listed on a subsequent written lease addendum. Tenant and each other household member must physically occupy the leased premises as his or her principal place of residence for at least nine (9) months during any twelve (12) month period unless good cause is shown for a longer absence, such as involuntary absence attributable to illness or absence of a household member who is a full-time student. If Tenant or a household member without such cause shall fail to occupy the leased premises for the minimum of nine (9) months during any twelve (12) month period, Tenant shall delete such person from the lease within thirty (30) days of the failure.
