BRICKWORK Clause Samples

The BRICKWORK clause defines the standards, materials, and methods required for all brickwork performed under the contract. It typically specifies the type and quality of bricks to be used, mortar composition, workmanship standards, and any special requirements such as reinforcement or weatherproofing. By setting clear expectations for construction quality and compliance, this clause ensures that the finished brickwork meets both structural and aesthetic requirements, reducing the risk of disputes over workmanship or material defects.
