Use of Drugs. I agree that I will not use drugs (whether prescription or otherwise) whilst a member of the Team without this use being under the supervision of the Medical Director or a person duly authorised by the Medical Director.
Use of Drugs. An employee shall not report for duty or remain on duty when the employee has used a drug or drugs, except when the use is pursuant to instructions of a physician who has advised the employee that the substance does not adversely affect the employee's ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the job. Employees who are taking a prescription or over-the-counter medication that may impair their ability to perform their duties safely and effectively must provide written notice to their supervisor from their physician or pharmacist regarding the potential effects of such substances.
Use of Drugs. The use of illicit drugs and the unlawful possession and abuse of alcohol is wrong and harmful. The School has a “Drug Free” zone that extends 1000 feet beyond the school boundaries as well as to any school activity and during transportation. This means that any activity – possession, sale, distribution, or use of drugs, alcohol, imitation drugs, steroids, inhalants, inappropriately used prescription drugs, or look-alike drugs is prohibited. This includes non-alcoholic beers and wines, steroids, and the like. If caught, law enforcement officials may be contacted. Violations of this rule will result in a suspension or expulsion. Students caught with an illegal substance are subject to the same consequences. We have posted a list of banned drugs in our locker rooms and hallways. If interested this information shall be provided to parents, students and the community annually. If you wish a copy of this list of banned drugs, please request through the middle school office.
Use of Drugs. CHEMICALS - Sponsor will accept back any unused portions of drugs/chemicals supplied by Sponsor and Sponsor will indemnify the University with respect to damage caused by xxx of such drugs/chemicals pursuant to Sponsor's direction. Use of Drugs. Neither you nor anyone residing in or visiting your Home may do any of the following when in your Home or in the Estate:-  Possess, use, store, keep, or produce drugs, including cultivation of cannabis;  Supply or offer to supply drugs to another person; or  Possess drugs with the intention of supplying them to another person. (“Drugs” means any “controlled drug” within the meaning of the Misuse of Drugs Xxx 0000, and regulations made under it. NCHA can on giving you at least 24 hours notice in writing enter the garden in your Home and do any work it (acting reasonably) thinks is necessary if you:  neglect your garden;  allow any tree or xxxx (including those that are diseased or dead) to be a nuisance danger or a potential nuisance or danger to others living and using the Estate;  allow any tree or xxxx to be planted in such a position or to grow to such an extent as to be a potential source of damage to your Home or to a neighbour's property; or  allow any tree or xxxx to damage or interfere with a nearby pipe wire electrical installation or structure (including a road, footway, paved or surfaced area). You may have to pay NCHA’s reasonable costs for any work it has to do.

  • Use of Data (a) In connection with the provision of the services and the discharge of its other obligations under this Agreement, State Street (which term for purposes of this Section XXIX includes each of its parent company, branches and affiliates (''Affiliates")) may collect and store information regarding a Trust and share such information with its Affiliates, agents and service providers in order and to the extent reasonably necessary (i) to carry out the provision of services contemplated under this Agreement and other agreements between the Trusts and State Street or any of its Affiliates and (ii) to carry out management of its businesses, including, but not limited to, financial and operational management and reporting, risk management, legal and regulatory compliance and client service management.
