Unpaid Leave of Absence. In the event Grantee takes an unpaid leave of absence from the Company or any Subsidiary, the Committee may in its discretion take any action that is consistent with the terms of the Plan and applicable law, including but not limited to suspending vesting of the Award during the period of leave, or causing Grantee to forfeit any unvested portion of this Award.
