Travel Expenses and Reimbursement. Franchisee must pay to Franchisor all Travel Expenses for: (i) individuals designated by Franchisor to provide training or services under this Agreement; and (ii) Franchisor’s and its Affiliates’ corporate and regional representatives visiting the Hotel on specific Hotel business. In addition to such Travel Expenses, Franchisee must reimburse Franchisor, or such other Person designated by Franchisor, for the salary and other compensation of any individuals providing services to the Hotel, including training.

In addition to such Travel Expenses, Licensee must reimburse Licensor, or such other Person designated by Licensor, for the salary and other compensation of any individuals providing training with respect to any Project or the MVW Xxxx-Xxxxxxx Business or conducting re-inspections, and arrange for lodging at the Project (or, if space is unavailable at the Project, at another lodging facility of comparable quality to Licensor Lodging Facilities) for any inspector on official duty for such time as may be reasonably necessary and to Licensor’s representatives or independent auditors while conducting and completing audits pursuant to Section 15.3. Licensee shall not be obligated to provide accommodations or pay Travel Expenses in excess of what would be required under Licensor’s internal travel reimbursement policies; provided, however, that such reimbursements shall not include first class air travel.

Travel Expenses and Reimbursement. In circumstances where you are required to travel on Company business, we try to ensure that you are provided with a reasonable standard of food and accommodation that is on par with a normal standard of living. We also seek to ensure that you are not financially disadvantaged as a result of travelling on Company business. However, travel allowances are not intended to provide additional financial benefits on top of your base rate. Reasonable incidental expenses will be charged to the Company credit card or reimbursed. If you are on a long term assignment away from home or are called away unexpectedly creating additional unforeseeable expenses, we may pay for extraordinary expenses incurred at our discretion.
Travel Expenses and Reimbursement. 15.01 Subject to City limits and rules as amended from time to time: Administrators assigned any travel representing the School will be reimbursed at the rate authorized for City travel (if he or she is using their own vehicle) plus the cost of tolls and meals, If not using their own vehicle (traveling by some commercial means of transportation), traveling expenses shall be reimbursed. Administrators must provide detailed receipts. Administrators will not be reimbursed for gratuities, sales tax and alcohol.   • Expenses and Reimbursement The Legal Services expenses (the "Legal Services Expenses") for which Van Kampen may be reimbursed are salary and salary related xxxxxxxx, including but not limited to bonuses, group insurance and other regular wages paid to the personnel of the Legal Services Group. Each member of the Legal Services Group will complete as of the last business day of each month, a time allocation sheet indicating the monthly time spent (reflected as a percentage) on matters relating to the Funds, on matters relating to other funds for which Van Kampen or its subsidiaries act as investment adviser and xxxxxxxutor ("Van Kampen Non-Participating Funds") and for other matters. Expenses to be borne by the Funds, include, but are not limited to: organizational expenses; cost of services of independent accountants and outside legal and tax counsel (including such counsel’s review of a Fund’s registration statement, proxy materials, federal and state tax qualification as a regulated investment company and other reports and materials prepared by the Administrator under this Agreement); cost of any services contracted for by the Funds directly from parties other than the Administrator; cost of trading operations and brokerage fees, commissions and transfer taxes in connection with the purchase and sale of securities for the Funds; investment advisory fees; taxes, insurance premiums and other fees and expenses applicable to its operation; costs incidental to any meetings of shareholders including, but not limited to, legal and accounting fees, proxy filing fees and the costs of preparation, printing and mailing of any proxy materials; costs incidental to Board meetings, including fees and expenses of Board members; the salary and expenses of any officer, director\trustee or employee of the Funds; costs incidental to the preparation, printing and distribution of the Funds’ registration statements and any amendments thereto and shareholder reports; cost of typesetting and printing of prospectuses; cost of preparation and filing of the Funds’ tax returns, Form N-1A or N-2 and Form N-SAR, and all notices, registrations and amendments associated with applicable federal and state tax and securities laws; all applicable registration fees and filing fees required under federal and state securities laws; fidelity bond and directors’ and officers’ liability insurance; and cost of independent pricing services used in computing each Fund’s net asset value. The Administrator is authorized to and may employ or associate with such person or persons as the Administrator may deem desirable to assist it in performing its duties under this Agreement; provided, however, that the compensation of such person or persons shall be paid by the Administrator and that the Administrator shall be as fully responsible to the Funds for the acts and omissions of any such person or persons as it is for its own acts and omissions.

  • Expense Reimbursement The Executive shall be entitled to receive reimbursement for all appropriate business expenses incurred by him in connection with his duties under this Agreement in accordance with the policies of the Company as in effect from time to time.

  • Business Expense Reimbursements During the Term, the Company shall promptly reimburse Executive for Executive’s reasonable and necessary business expenses in accordance with the Company’s then-prevailing policies and procedures for expense reimbursement (which shall include appropriate itemization and substantiation of expenses incurred).
