TRANSPORT UNITS. 7.1 As regards Transport Units whether belonging to the Supplier or Wincanton and/or to its customers or to other third parties, the Supplier shall keep such Transport Units in good and workable condition whilst any such units are in his possession or control (or that of any of his agents or sub-contractors). The Supplier shall be responsible for, and indemnify Wincanton against the costs of any loss of, or any damage to, any such Transport Unit sustained while in his possession or control (or that of his agents or sub-contractors). Wincanton has the right to require the Supplier to deliver equipment (at the Supplier’s expense) to a location determined by Wincanton for inspection and repair (where necessary).

TRANSPORT UNITS. 8.1 The Carrier will maintain all Transport Units in a condition that complies with best industry practice. Transport Units will be well-maintained, comply with all applicable laws, regulations and best industry standards at all times.

  • Dark Fiber Transport Dark Fiber Transport is defined as Dedicated Transport that consists of unactivated optical interoffice transmission facilities without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics. Except as set forth in Section 6.9.1 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to Dark Fiber Transport Entrance Facilities pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Transport 6.1.1 BellSouth shall provide nondiscriminatory access, in accordance with FCC Rules 51.311, 51.319, and Section 251(c)(3) of the Act to interoffice transmission facilities described in this Section 6 on an unbundled basis to EZ Phone for the provision of a qualifying service, as set forth herein.
