TRANSFER OF LICENCE. Neither this Licence nor the Licensed Plot shall be sub-divisible in any manner.
TRANSFER OF LICENCE by this XXXX the licensee is granted a non-exclusive, limited and non-transferable licence, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, so that they may install and use the software on the number of computers which are identified in their licensee account or purchase invoice as long as these computers are physically located on the same business premises. If the licensee wishes to increase the number of computers or the location, they must acquire more licences.
TRANSFER OF LICENCE. SUB-LICENCES Transferring the license and granting sub-licenses must be approved in writing by the licensor. Approval may only be refused for good cause.
TRANSFER OF LICENCE. (1) A licence issued under section 67 may, in accordance with this section, be transferred to another person.
TRANSFER OF LICENCE. COPY PROTECTION. Licensee may not rent, loan, transfer, sublicense, lease or otherwise distribute or operate the Licensed Product to or for the benefit of any third party. Licensee may not assign all or any part of its rights or obligations under this Agreement without Licensor’s prior written consent and any attempt to the contrary will be void and a material breach of this Agreement. Licensor may withhold such consent in its sole discretion. Licensee shall not disclose, assign or transfer any copy control information (such as serial numbers or license keys) or attempt to defeat or circumvent any copy protection system or software intended to control installation, copying and other use of the Licensed Product.
TRANSFER OF LICENCE. Except as expressly provided herein, you may not give, rent or lease the Font Software or parts of it to third parties. You may transfer all your rights to use the Font Software to another person or legal entity provided that (i) the transferee accepts and agrees in writing (with copy to Xxxxx.Xx) prior to such transfer to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and (ii) you destroy all copies of the Font Software and Documentation, including all copies stored in the memory of a hardware device. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree that you will not distribute or disseminate all or any part of the Font Software through any online service.
TRANSFER OF LICENCE. The Licence may only be transferred with the prior written consent of DtMSTM. The consent is at the total discretion of DtMSTM, and if granted, will be on the then current Terms.
TRANSFER OF LICENCE. 7.1 Notwithstanding clause 2.2, the End User may transfer the use of the Software from the Designated Processor to a different processor (which will there upon become the “Designated Processor”) provided that:
TRANSFER OF LICENCE. You may transfer your licence to another Keele University student not currently living in Keele University accommodation, provided they can give notice under the terms of any private accommodation contract that they have signed and the transfer is done with the knowledge and prior written approval of the University. The new licensee should be a suitable replacement which means that the balance of sexes and nationalities is not adversely affected within the accommodation. You will be advised of the criteria for this. Undergraduates will not be permitted to take a postgraduate room and vice versa. If the new licensee is considered suitable (at the sole discretion of the University) then they will be allocated a room and will be liable for the rent until the end of the occupancy period. Both the existing and new licensee should go to the Student Accommodation Office to make the request.
