Software Releases. Release of Software revisions as defined will be conducted on a schedule as determined by Contractor. Contractor shall provide no less than a thirty (30) calendar day prior written notice of when any such revision is scheduled to be released. City will be granted a fifteen (15) calendar day evaluation window to review release documentation regarding software modules being impacted and general revision changes.
Software Releases. Software Releases shall be subject to the license terms applicable to Software.
Software Releases. During the Subscription Term, if You have paid the applicable fees and are in compliance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, LINQ may provide automatic updates to the LINQ Product with Software Releases. “Software Releases” may be comprised of Maintenance Releases and/or Feature Releases (as defined below).
Software Releases. During the Entitlement Period, Zebra or Zebra’s channel partner members may make software releases available to you as those releases become available after the date you obtain your initial copy of the Software. This XXXX applies to all and any component of the release that may be made available to you after the date you obtain your initial copy of the Software, unless Zebra provides other license terms along with such release. To receive Software provided through the release, you must first be licensed for the Software identified by Zebra as entitled to the release. We recommend that you periodically check availability of a Zebra support contract to ensure that you are entitled to receive any available Software releases. Some features of the Software may require you to have access to the internet and may be subject to restrictions imposed by your network or internet provider.
Software Releases. Trustwave shall provide Software Releases as and when developed for general release in Trustwave’s sole discretion so long as Trustwave has received the applicable Maintenance Fees.
Software Releases. So long as the customer has a current Maintenance contract for all licensed network devices, RedSeal will make available via electronic delivery to Licensee Updates and Documentation relating thereto, when ready for commercial release. Unless otherwise agreed, such materials will be made available to the Licensee Technical Contacts via the RedSeal Support Portal
Software Releases. Zebra may periodically release new versions of the Software which will be made available to you.
Software Releases. As used in this Agreement, “Software Release” means a new Version of the Products delivered to MedQuist for internal or external user testing or commercial availability. For the purposes of this Agreement “Version” or “Versions” is used to refer to Product Patch Releases, and Point Releases, that may include bug fixes, updates, and upgrade versions that may be generally released by Nuance, if and when available, as a part of a SMA. Software Releases are typically numbered sequentially (e.g., Release 4.x, Release 6.x).
Software Releases. Upon use of a Software Release, Customer shall remove and make no further use of all prior Software Releases, and protect such prior Software Releases from disclosure or use by any third party. Customer is authorized to retain a copy of each Software Release properly obtained by Customer for Customer’s archive purposes and use as a temporary back-up if the current Software Release becomes inoperable. Customer shall use and deploy Software Releases strictly in accordance with terms of the original license for Software.
Software Releases. MCK will provide Updates and one (1) paper copy of supporting documentation for Product supported under this Agreement as identified in Attachment A for VITAL lab use. For Product noted by an asterisk, only Maintenance Releases are available. MCK shall also provide supporting documentation on Disk/CD ROM, upon request, and if available. Additional paper copies of supporting documentation may be reproduced by VITAL.
