MACHINE DATA. “Machine Data” means anonymized usage data collected by devices sold (or licensed) under this Agreement such as battery management (time to empty, standby current, average current), device system time, CPU processing load, free RAM, number of running processes, network information (name, identifier), device identifier, firmware version, hardware version device type, audio volume, LED state, beeper volume, backlight level, key light, odometer count, reboot, reboot cause, total storage and physical memory availability, power cycle count, and device up time. Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement, all title and ownership rights in and to Machine Data are held by Zebra. In the event, and to the extent you are deemed to have any ownership rights in Machine Data, you hereby grant Zebra a limited, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use Machine Data. In addition to the rights specified under this paragraph, Zebra may use any data provided by Licensee and its End Users through Zebra hardware or Software or otherwise provided to Zebra during use of Zebra hardware or Software for analytic purposes, as otherwise permitted by applicable law or regulation and as reasonably required either contractually or to achieve the functionality of the Zebra hardware or Software as described in its documentation.

MACHINE DATA. If Customer desires to restrict Xxxx Deere’s access to Machine Data governed by this Contract, Customer must terminate this Contract (as provided in Section 5.4 below) and all other Telematic Subscription Contracts between Customer and Xxxx Deere, and request via the Web Functions or a Xxxx Deere dealer that Xxxx Deere delete the Machine Data associated with a Terminal activated under this Contract. Xxxx Deere will effectuate such deletion within thirty (30) days of Customer’s valid request made pursuant to Section 6.9 below. Xxxx Deere will continue to have access to Machine Data collected by the System prior to Xxxx Deere’s deletion of the Machine Data. Deletion of the Machine Data will prevent Customer from receiving remote machine diagnostics, remote machine servicing or other services from Xxxx Deere under this Contract.
MACHINE DATA. RM only processes ma- chine data for analysis, monitoring and quality assurance. RM does not process personal data. If the use of the software by drivers generates data that identifies or makes identifiable natu- ral persons, the client must ensure that all nec- xxxxxx data protection requirements are met. The machine data generated is the property of RM.

MACHINE DATA. Subject to the limited license and rights granted to you pursuant to Section 2, Fecon or Licensor shall own the Machine Data, and may freely collect and use the Machine Data for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to providing the Telematics Services to End-Customer or its End-Users. Fecon may also license the Machine Data, including to Licensor, to use in anonymous form. By activating this license, End-Customer consents to the collection, use, sale, or otherwise transfer of any and all Machine Data received from the End-Customer’s Machine. This Section 5 shall survive the termination of this XXXX.
MACHINE DATA. Subject to the limited license and the rights granted to you under section 2, the Licensor has the right to use the collected and anonymised machine data for marketing purposes and to improve its products and services. This section 5 shall prevail after termination of this EUA.
