Training and Implementation Services. Training and other onboarding services, if any, will be as set forth in the Order Document. CCH will perform all training and other onboarding services in a professional and workmanlike manner. If the Order Document doesn’t specify the dates when such additional services will be provided, then such services will be provided on a mutually agreeable schedule. To the extent that the provision of such services are dependent on Customer completing certain tasks and Customer is delayed in completing such tasks, then the dates for the provision of such services will be adjusted.

Training and Implementation Services. If Customer purchases training or implementation Services, Checkmarx will provide Customer with the training and implementation services described in the Quote. In the event Customer wishes to receive additional training or implementation services, Customer and Checkmarx shall agree on a Scope of Work and the Services shall be delivered as set out in Section 7. Unless otherwise specified in the Quote, all training and implementation service hours/credits purchased by Customer must be used within twelve (12) months of purchase. At the end of the twelve (12) month period, any unused service hours/credits shall be deemed delivered to Customer.

Related to Training and Implementation Services

  • Implementation Services The Company and the Client have developed a plan for implementing the services to be provided hereunder, including with respect to the transition of responsibility for such services from the Client and its current administrator to the Company, which plan attached hereto as Schedule I (the “Implementation Plan”). The Company shall perform the services required to complete the Implementation Plan, as set forth therein (the “Implementation Services”). The Company and the Client shall comply with any applicable requirements agreed in the Implementation Plan.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Preconstruction Services At the Owner’s sole discretion and upon the Owner’s written direction, pursuant to a duly issued Work Order, the Construction Manager shall perform the Preconstruction Services. The Construction Manager shall coordinate the preparation of the Contract Documents by consulting with the Owner and the Architect regarding Drawings and Specifications as they are being prepared, and recommend alternate solutions whenever design details affect construction feasibility, cost or schedules, including without limitation, providing value engineering options. The Construction Manager shall promptly notify the Owner and Architect in writing of any apparent defects in the Contract Documents for any Project when it is discovered, as well as any apparent defects in the design documents for any Project, including without limitation, the Drawings and Specifications set forth in any Work Order affecting such Project.
