Toys Clause Samples

The 'Toys' clause defines the rules and requirements regarding the provision, use, or safety of toys within the context of the agreement. It may specify which party is responsible for supplying toys, set standards for the types of toys allowed (such as age-appropriateness or compliance with safety regulations), or outline maintenance and replacement obligations. This clause ensures that all parties understand their responsibilities related to toys, thereby promoting safety, reducing liability, and clarifying expectations.
Toys. The toys selected for the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Dog must be appropriate for the age as well as the chewing tendency of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Dog.
Toys. Legislative, regulatory and administrative provisions
Toys. No toys should be brought from home. If something to sleep with is needed (special blanket or animal) bring it, but it will only be for naptime, and will be put up when the child first arrives. Exception: Show and Tell during Mother Goose Time and other special activity days. I will be more than happy to help with potty training provided that it is not done before the age of 2.5 years and parents initiate the process at home first, whether it is over a weekend or during vacation. I expect parents to work with me in this process which means once potty training is initiated I want the child in training pants or pull-ups at all times. Putting a child in a diaper for your convenience because you are going out or for whatever reason will only confuse the child and delay the training process. I also require that all potty training children wear clothing that they can handle successfully on their own - no onesies, no overalls, no belts or jeans with buttons or snaps. Elastic waist pants are the most appropriate. Parents will be asked to supply extra sets of spare clothing during the training period.
Toys. The staff would like your support in having the children keep their TOYS and JEWELRY at home. The school will not be held responsible for your child’s belongings at school. Children are allowed to bring items to share only when it is scheduled in their classrooms. NO GUNS, WAR TOYS, OR OTHER TOYS OF DESTRUCTION. These items are not allowed in our school. If a child must have a means to express feelings of aggression, may we suggest clay to pound (manual dexterity), hammer and saw to use (good visual-motor perception), punching bag to hit (to vent anger while developing perceptual abilities), and finger paints (to soothe jangled feelings while practicing a developmental rhythmic movement).
Toys. We understand that you would like your pet to have toys during their stay. Guests will only be allowed toys during the day, (hours where there is plenty of supervision). Dogs that destroy or eat any pieces of toys will not be allowed to have toys due to safety reasons. This is so that your pet does not accidentally swallow a piece that they cannot pass. We are sorry for any inconveniences. Toys that are never allowed: Rawhide, marrow bones, rope toys, antlers, hard to chew treats other than softer Greenies/Dentastix/etc.
Toys. Please do not bring play things including electronic games and devices to the center as they may become lost. The Program has adequate recreational equipment. If your child does bring toys, we are not responsible if they get broken or lost.
Toys. Since it is often difficult to share personal toys, we ask that your child NOT bring toys from home. At TLBCEC, INC, toys are provided for the children that have been selected for their educational and age appropriateness. If your child’s teacher requests that an item be brought for show-n-tell, please remind your child that this is show-n-tell and will remain in their cubby until show-n-tell time. Please do not bring toy guns or weapons of any kind. We cannot be responsible for broken or missing toys brought from home. Please make sure toys are left home.
Toys. The children are free to bring toys to day home if they wish. However our rule is, "If you bring it, you share it". The child must be prepared to share the items they bring and let the other children play with them. If the toy is delicate or of great sentimental value, please do not bring it to day home. We will not be held responsible for toys that get broken when brought to day home. The children are supervised consistently, but accidents happen and toys break. Children bring toys at their own risk. Nap time is after lunch. ALL children are expected to respect this "quiet time". The children need this rest time and we need the quiet time to be able to clean up and prepare for the afternoon activities, catch up on paperwork etc. Please be reminded that we do not get "breaks" and "lunch breaks" as in other jobs! Nap time is our only time to relax a little in a 12+ hour workday! Parents are discouraged from visiting during nap time unless the child is being picked up for the day. It is very disruptive to the other resting children. They do not understand why one child can get up and play and yet others have to have quiet time.
Toys. Put the toys away as best you can. Toys should be in their bins, and books should be shelved. It doesn’t need to be perfect, but it must be ready for the next activity as there is no staff. Please clean any toys that need to be cleaned. ● Mouthed Toys: Please wash any mouthed toys. ● Vacuum: Please be mindful to vacuum or sweep all crumbs. This is our defense against pests! The vacuum can be found by the front desk. ● Disinfect: Wipe down and disinfect any surfaces that came into contact with food. ● Spills: Clean up any spills including those on rugs and furniture. ● Heat/AC: ▇▇▇▇▇ adjust the thermostat (near the train table) to your comfort level during your party. Return heat setting to 67, or air conditioning to 77 before you leave.
Toys. If it fits comfortably in your puppies mouth it is too small. Bones or other items that can splinter should not be given to a dog. Nylabone® make very safe products we recommend. Remember your puppy is just a baby they will be teething. Clothing, old shoes and children's toys besides being dangerous will teach your puppy bad habits that will be hard to break.
