Special Activity definition

Special Activity means any one time charge the Company expects to incur for any reason, including, without limitation, in connection with the acquisition of another business.
Special Activity means supervised activities or events involving a number of participants or spectators, which activity or event significantly affects other public use of the waters of the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District.
