Veterinarian. The BREEDER(S) will not accept documentation sent from the buyer only. The only reason we won’t accept a diagnosis from a general vet - is not all veterinarians are proficient at diagnosing hip dysplasia or positioning and/or scoring hip x-rays. We do NOT require the puppy/dog be returned to us and we do NOT offer a replacement puppy. If a hip dysplasia diagnoses is confirmed, then BUYER(S) will be refunded half the puppies purchase price. BREEDER(S) are not responsible for any injuries sustained, illnesses contracted or death after transfer of ownership to BUYER(S). This Health Warranty does not cover health issues that cannot be proven to be specifically inherited. Such as but not limited to: all types of cancer, viral illnesses, internal or external parasites (endoparasites), bacterial infections, fungal infections, skin disorders, diabetes, hernias, food or skin allergies, improper bites, heart murmurs that are not congenital or are considered innocent, heart diseases that are not genetic, gastrointestinal or digestive issues, protozoal diseases like giardia, coccidiosis, urinary track infections, ear or eye infections. It also does not cover illnesses due to the ingestion of foreign objects, food, chemicals, stress related issues, behavioral issues, physical injuries and/or illnesses which may have occurred during or after transport to the BUYER(S). This puppy to the best of our knowledge is in good health at the time of sale. Buyer(s) will be made aware of any current or previous health issues or treatments prior to sale.

The value of the pet for the purpose of this guarantee is solely the original purchase price of the pet that Training Canines has paid the breeder. It does not include any additional prices declared by the buyer, such as value of show dog, shipping or training fees. This agreement shall be deemed consummated in the County of Iredell, North Carolina and shall be governed by the laws of the state of North Carolina.
