Tool and Workwear Allowance. The Employer agrees to reimburse all employees with twelve (12) months of service, or more, up to three hundred dollars ($300.00) per calendar year for the purchase of work-wear, safety footwear, and/or tools (including batteries). To be eligible for reimbursement, the employee must submit a receipt showing the purchase of work-wear, safety footwear, and/or tools. Employees who become eligible mid-year shall have the annual amount pro-rated. Effective May 14, 2017 all employees with more than twelve (12) months of service shall receive three hundred dollars ($300.00). Employees with two (2) or more years of service shall receive four hundred and fifty dollars ($450.00). As of May 15, 2016, the Employer shall provide all current employees with a full set of company issued clothing as workwear at no cost to the employee. For future new hires, the Employer will provide all post- probationary employees with a full set of company issued clothing as workwear at no cost to the employee. Work wear will be provided within two (2) weeks following the completion of probation. Employees shall be expected to maintain a set of company workwear in good condition. When replacement company workwear is necessary, employees shall obtain new workwear items from the employer’s preferred provider of company workwear. Employees may submit the expense as an eligible item for reimbursement from the Tool and Workwear Allowance.

  • Footwear Allowance The Company will reimburse full-time employees up to fifty ($50.00) dollars per year toward the cost of footwear upon presentation of a receipt. Eligible employees will receive reimbursement for footwear upon completion of six (6) months' service. Once employees have received the footwear allowance, they must wear such footwear during work hours.

  • CAR ALLOWANCE The Company shall provide the Executive an automobile allowance of $750 per month during the term of Executive’s employment hereunder.

In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.

  • Mileage Allowance The state agrees to seek continued funding to provide for the payment of a mileage allowance for the use of privately owned vehicles for official travel at the rate provided in section 112.061(7)(d)1., F.S.

  • Shoe Allowance The Employer will provide reimbursement to full time employees who have completed probation and who are employed in the kitchen and stewarding departments, once per year in the amount of $60.00 and once every two years in the amount of $60.00 for maintenance and banquet housepersons. The amount shall increase to $75, effective January 1, 2007. Employees will receive said amount as long as the shoes are approved by the employer and as long as the shoes are worn on the job. Payment will be made on or about July 1 upon presentation of proof of purchase.

  • Tool Allowances The Employer shall supply all tools and equipment required to perform the work.

  • Overtime Meal Allowance ‌ An employee who works two and one-half hours of overtime immediately before or following his/her scheduled hours of work shall receive a meal allowance of seven dollars. One-half hour with pay shall be allowed the employee in order that he/she may take a meal break either at or adjacent to his/her place of work.

  • Safety Footwear Allowance Effective 1/1/07, the Contra Costa Community College District will provide an initial two pairs of safety/protective work boots or shoes for employees in the following classifications: Building Maintenance Worker, Equipment Maintenance Worker, Senior Equipment Maintenance Worker, Maintenance Mechanic, Lead Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Assistant, Ground Worker / Gardener I, II, Senior or Lead, Shipping and Receiving Clerk, and all other mutually agreed upon classifications required to wear safety; protective shoes per OSHA/ASTM standards.

  • Motor allowance Employees who in the service of their employer use their own vehicles at the request of their employer shall be paid per kilometre at the rate detailed in Appendix A.
