to In-Person Learning. In order to prepare for the return of students to campus, members will have two asynchronous days to plan and prepare their classroom on Thursday and Friday, March 25 and 26. Monday, April 12 will be an asynchronous day for grades 9-12 students and members at RUHS and PDHS, for the purpose of department collaboration and planning for the in-person hybrid with period-by-period rotation. The District will provide an optional professional development on April 12 focused on simultaneous learning, which will be made available for all secondary teachers. Students in grade 9 will be invited to an in-person orientation program on March 25 or 26 (asynchronous days). Members will be invited to assist with orientation activities and participation is optional. Students in grade 12 will return to in-person learning, on their assigned cohort day under the current distance learning schedule on March 29 and 30. Grades 9-12 will remain in distance learning for quarter 3 finals on March 31 and April 1. Beginning the week of April 12, grades 9- 12 will begin the In-Person Hybrid Model (see Appendix for schedule).   • REDUCTION IN PERSONNEL A.
