to In-Person Learning. In order to prepare for the return of students to campus, members will have two asynchronous days to plan and prepare their classroom on Thursday and Friday, March 25 and 26. Monday, April 12 will be an asynchronous day for grades 9-12 students and members at RUHS and PDHS, for the purpose of department collaboration and planning for the in-person hybrid with period-by-period rotation. The District will provide an optional professional development on April 12 focused on simultaneous learning, which will be made available for all secondary teachers. Students in grade 9 will be invited to an in-person orientation program on March 25 or 26 (asynchronous days). Members will be invited to assist with orientation activities and participation is optional. Students in grade 12 will return to in-person learning, on their assigned cohort day under the current distance learning schedule on March 29 and 30. Grades 9-12 will remain in distance learning for quarter 3 finals on March 31 and April 1. Beginning the week of April 12, grades 9- 12 will begin the In-Person Hybrid Model (see Appendix for schedule).   • Chairperson of the Meeting An Employer and a Union representative shall be designated as joint chairpersons and shall alternate in presiding over meetings.

  • Professional Meetings Employees should be encouraged to and may, with the approval of the supervisor, attend professional meetings, conferences, and activities. Subject to the availability of funds, the employee's expenses in connection with such meetings, conferences, or activities shall be reimbursed in accordance with the applicable provisions of State law and university rules.

  • Lock-in Period The Allottee cannot nominate in favour of any third party before the expiry of a period of 12 (Twelve) months from the date of this Agreement.

  • REDUCTION IN PERSONNEL A. The Board expressly retains the authority to effectuate a reduction in personnel whenever the Board shall, in its sole discretion, determine such a reduction to be necessary or advisable, and for whatever reasons the Board shall, in its sole discretion, determine to have made such action necessary or advisable.

  • ADJOURNMENT FOR WANT OF QUORUM If within 15 minutes after the time fixed for any Meeting a quorum is not present, then:

  • Open Meetings (a) All scheduled meetings of the Employer shall be open meetings, except in those cases where personnel, financial or other matters require that the meeting be considered confidential.
