Grade 9 definition

Grade 9 means an employee with experience and current certification acceptable to Sea Swift to competently perform the duties associated with its operations and quality assurance manual and appropriate statutory regulations and to whom clauses 5.5.1, 6.1, 6.2, 6.5, 6.6 and 7.6 do not apply.
Grade 9 means to qualify at Grade 9 a trade employee will have been credited with an Associate Diploma of Engineering or at least six hundred (600) hours, of which four hundred and fifty (450) must be Core Hours from the applicable Career Path Model, all of which must be in Core Skills.
Grade 9. Earn at least a 3 on each of the 11 competencies in the College and Career Readiness ePortfolio Grade 10: If attended TMP in grade 9 and met the target for CCR at the end of grade 9, pass at least 3 dual credit courses with a C or better; if did not attend TMP in grade 9 or did not meet the CCR target at end of grade 9, meet the target in grade 10 Grade 11: If attended TMP in grade 10 and met the target for CCR at the end of grade 10, pass at least 4 dual credit courses with a C or better; if did not attend TMP in grade 10 or did not meet the CCR target at end of grade 10, meet the target in grade 11 Grade 12: If attended TMP in grade 11 and met the target for CCR at the end of grade 11, pass at least 6 dual credit courses with a C or better; if did not attend TMP in grade 11 or did not meet the CCR target at end of grade 11, meet the target in grade 12.

  • In no case shall a student be paid less than step one of Pay Grade 9.

  • An employee classified in Grade 9 or above may seek compensation for excessive overtime worked.

  • Grade 9 It is the responsibility of the student and parents/guardians to meet the NCAA guidelines for athletic participation.

  • In the event the Company is unable to reach a conclusion as to a probationary employee’s fitness for the job by the completion of the probationary period, it may extend this period for a maximum of thirty (30) days for jobs in Grades 1 through 8 and three (3) months for jobs in Grade 9 and above, by giving notice to the Union and the employee of its decisions to do so.

  • Some formal/semi-formal dances have specific age/grade requirements; for example, to attend the West Branch Jr./Sr. Prom, a student or guest must be in Grade 9 through 20 years of age.
