If within 15 minutes (or such longer period not exceeding 30 minutes as the Chairperson may decide) after the time appointed for any adjourned Meeting a quorum is not present for the transaction of any particular business then, subject and without prejudice to the transaction of the business (if any) for which a quorum is present, the Chairperson may either (with the approval of the Trustee) dissolve such Meeting or adjourn the same for such period, being not less than 13 clear days (but without any maximum number of clear days), and to such place as may be appointed by the Chairperson either at or subsequent to such adjourned Meeting and approved by the Trustee, and the provisions of this sentence shall apply to all further adjourned such meetings.
