Time Responsibility Incentive (TRI. Program‌ The District and Association agree and affirm the following beliefs: (a) the success of the Bethel School District is dependent upon hiring and retaining the highest quality employees; (b) providing a quality education for the students involves an employee’s commitment to the profession beyond the base contract, normal workday hours and school year; (c) state law allows additional compensation for additional time, additional responsibilities or incentives (TRI); (d) basic education funding does not compensate employees for the necessary responsibilities assumed by the employees of the Bethel School District and (e) the fulfillment of any one employee’s responsibilities varies from that of another employee and requires flexibility in the range of available TRI options. The District agrees to provide additional money for employees on certificated contract based on years of experience on the District salary schedule.

Time Responsibility Incentive (TRI. Each employee shall receive a supplemental contract for nine and a half (9 1/2) days to be compensated at per diem rate. The purpose of the supplemental days is to perform teacher-directed duties, on and off school property, requiring additional time and responsibility such as: ● purpose of instruction, ● preparation, ● parent contact ● attending IEP, 504, and student discipline meetings ● self-assessment, ● goal setting, ● meeting with principal for evaluation conferences, ● artifact and data collection, ● grading ● implementing technology into instruction The additional compensation shall be pro-rated for part-time employees. This compensation shall be paid at 1/12th per month.

The Employer will comply with federal and state safety standards, including requirements relating to first aid training, first aid equipment and the use of protective devices and equipment.

  • Consultant’s Responsibility Nothing herein shall be construed as limiting in any way the extent to which Consultant may be held responsible for damages resulting from Consultant’s operations, acts, omissions, or negligence. Insurance coverage obtained in the minimum amounts specified above shall not relieve Consultant of liability in excess of such minimum coverage, nor shall it preclude NCTC from taking other actions available to it under this Agreement or by law, including but not limited to, actions pursuant to Consultant’s indemnity obligations.

  • Developer Compensation for Emergency Services If, during an Emergency State, the Developer provides services at the request or direction of the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer will be compensated for such services in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.
