Thorium Power Services. Thorium Power shall provide the following services to ENEC: · Act as strategic advisor to ENEC and other UAE Government entities designated by ENEC on civilian nuclear energy matters, based on priorities set by ENEC from time to time. · Support the creation of ENEC and its ongoing project management & project execution activities in relation to the evaluation and, if relevant development of the nuclear energy program of the UAE, where ENEC has the responsibility to oversee the implementation of the nuclear energy program of the UAE as a key part of NEPIO. The services will generally be guided by the Roadmap with subsequent modifications of implementation objectives as agreed from time to time between the Parties. A detailed description of the services (‘Services”) is provided in ATTACHMENT A - STATEMENT OF WORK, which may be modified from time to time by agreement between the Parties as described below. Thorium Power shall determine, in its best judgment and in consultation with ENEC, the method and manner of providing its Services towards meeting the program objectives of ENEC and plans outlined in the Roadmap.

Thorium Power Services. Thorium Power shall provide the following services to FANR: · Act as strategic advisor to FANR and other UAE Government entities designated by FANR on civilian nuclear regulatory and energy matters, based on priorities set by FANR from time to time. · Support the creation of FANR and its ongoing project management & project execution activities in relation to the evaluation and, if relevant development of the nuclear energy program of the UAE, where FANR has the responsibility to oversee nuclear regulatory activities in the UAE and is a key part of NEPIO. The services will generally be guided by the Roadmap with subsequent modifications of implementation objectives as agreed from time to time between the Parties. A detailed description of the services (‘Services”) is provided in ATTACHMENT A - STATEMENT OF WORK, which may be modified from time to time by agreement between the Parties as described below.   • PROJECT SERVICES Landlord shall furnish services as follows:

  • Customer Services Provide services and systems dedicated to customer service, including billing, remittance, credit, collections, customer relations, call centers, energy conservation support and metering.

  • Services to the Corporation Agent will serve, at the will of the Corporation or under separate contract, if any such contract exists, as a director of the Corporation or as a director, officer or other fiduciary of an affiliate of the Corporation (including any employee benefit plan of the Corporation) faithfully and to the best of his ability so long as he is duly elected and qualified in accordance with the provisions of the Bylaws or other applicable charter documents of the Corporation or such affiliate; provided, however, that Agent may at any time and for any reason resign from such position (subject to any contractual obligation that Agent may have assumed apart from this Agreement) and that the Corporation or any affiliate shall have no obligation under this Agreement to continue Agent in any such position.

  • Shareholder Services Transfer Agent or its agent will investigate all inquiries from Shareholders of a Fund relating to Shareholder accounts and will respond to all communications from Shareholders and others relating to its duties hereunder and such other correspondence as may from time to time be mutually agreed upon between Transfer Agent and a Fund. Transfer Agent shall provide each Fund with reports concerning Shareholder inquires and the responses thereto by Transfer Agent, in such form and at such times as are agreed to by the Fund and Transfer Agent.

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.

  • SPECIAL SERVICES Should the Trust have occasion to request the Adviser to perform services not herein contemplated or to request the Adviser to arrange for the services of others, the Adviser will act for the Trust on behalf of the Fund upon request to the best of its ability, with compensation for the Adviser's services to be agreed upon with respect to each such occasion as it arises.

  • SERVICES TO THE COMPANY In consideration of the Company’s covenants and obligations hereunder, Indemnitee will serve or continue to serve as an officer, director, advisor, key employee or in any other capacity of the Company, as applicable, for so long as Indemnitee is duly elected or appointed or retained or until Indemnitee tenders his or her resignation or until Indemnitee is removed. The foregoing notwithstanding, this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect after Indemnitee has ceased to serve as a director, officer, advisor, key employee or in any other capacity of the Company, as provided in Section 17. This Agreement, however, shall not impose any obligation on Indemnitee or the Company to continue Indemnitee’s service to the Company beyond any period otherwise required by law or by other agreements or commitments of the parties, if any.

  • Support Services Other than the assistance provided in the Information, the BNPP Entities do not offer any support services in connection with the Software.

  • Custody Services The Fund, on behalf of the Series, will open with Mellon one or more custody account(s) designated "Series" (such designated custody account(s) hereinafter referred to as "Series Account"). The Series Account will contain the appropriate designation in its title and will be operated subject to the terms of the Custodian Agreement between Mellon and the Fund.

  • Utility Services The Owner represents that, to the best of its knowledge, all utility services required to construct and operate the Project (including, without limitation, public water, sewer and electricity) are currently available to the Property in the capacities required to operate the Project. No work need be performed by or on behalf of the Developer to make such utilities available to the Property for the construction or operation of the Project, except for the matters, if any, set forth on Exhibit "D". Copies of letters from the providers of such utility services confirming such availability are annexed hereto as Exhibit "G".
