Custody Services definition
Custody Services means the services to be provided by BEA to the Customer in relation to or in connection with the holding or arranging for the Customer’s assets in safe custody pursuant to and under the Terms;
Custody Services means any custody services in respect of Securities to be provided or currently provided, as the case may be, by CLSA.
Custody Services means the Services provided under Article 3.

This Agreement supersedes and replace, as applicable, any prior promises, agreements, representations, undertakings, or implications whether made orally or in writing between the Parties related to the subject matter of this Agreement, including but not limited to, any prior Master Custody Services Agreements entered into between the Parties which shall be deemed terminated upon the execution of this Agreement.
More Definitions of Custody Services
Custody Services means the custody services provided in accordance with the Trading Services and Custody Services Terms in Schedule B.
