Custody Services means the services to be provided by BEA to the Customer in relation to or in connection with the holding or arranging for the Customer’s assets in safe custody pursuant to and under the Terms;

Custody Services means any custody services in respect of Securities to be provided or currently provided, as the case may be, by CLSA.

Custody Services means the safe custody services provided by the Custodian as set out in Schedule 2; Deposit Agreement: means this Deposit Agreement, including all Schedules hereto;

Service fees paid by the Funds are in addition to other fees paid by the Funds such as those paid pursuant to an Agreement for Fund Accounting Services, Administrative Services, Transfer Agency Services and Custody Services Procurement and fees paid pursuant to each Fund’s Distributor’s Contract.

More Definitions of Custody Services

Custody Services means the Services provided under Article 3.

Custody Services means the arranging for your securities and other assets to be held in safe custody;

Custody Services means safekeeping and administration of the Client's Assets (but not management of portfolio of Assets or Assets management) according to the conditions envisaged by these Regulations including: Settlement of Transactions Collecting Client's Assets’ revenues in favor of the Client Withholding and payment of taxes due in connection with transactions involving the Client's Assets according to applicable tax laws.

Custody Services means the full custody and international custody services provided in accordance with Part C (Custody Services) of these Terms and Conditions;

Custody Services means the services provided by or through Brooks Macdonald relating to the safekeeping of Investments for clients.

Custody Services means the custody services provided in accordance with the Trading Services and Custody Services Terms in Schedule B.

Custody Services means the services we provide you with when we hold and administer your Assets or Accounts, in accordance with Section B, Part 8 (Custody Services).
