THIRD PARTY VENDOR PRODUCTS. The list of available Third-Party Vendor Products for ERPLY (Q-ZONE) for resale/marketing by the VAR under this Schedule is set forth in writing by a Company’s sales representative. Company reserves the right to alter the list of available Third Party Vendor Products at any time at its sole discretion.

THIRD PARTY VENDOR PRODUCTS. The list of available Third-Party Vendor Products for BitTitan for resale/marketing by the VAR under this Schedule is set forth in writing by a Company’s sales representative. Company reserves the right to alter the list of available Third Party Vendor Products at any time at its sole discretion.
THIRD PARTY VENDOR PRODUCTS. Certain third-party hardware, software and services may be resold, distributed, provided or otherwise made available by Entrust (“Third Party Vendor Products”). Third Party Vendor Products are subject to the applicable third party’s agreement that accompanies such Third Party Vendor Product or that is otherwise made available by such third party.
THIRD PARTY VENDOR PRODUCTS. Digital Samba or third parties may from time to time make available to you third-party products or services, including but not limited to add-ons and plugins as well as implementation, customization, training, and other consulting services. If you procure any of these third party products or services, you do so under a separate agreement (and exchange of data) solely between you and the third party vendor. Digital Samba does not warrant or support non-Digital Samba products or services, whether or not they are designated by Digital Samba as “verified” or otherwise, and disclaims all liability for such products or services. If you install or enable any third party products or services for use with Digital Samba Products, you acknowledge that Digital Samba may allow the vendors of those products and services to access Your Data as required for the interoperation and support of such add-ons with the Digital Samba Products. Digital Samba shall not be responsible for any disclosure, modification or deletion of Your Data resulting from any such access by third party add-on vendors.

Lendysoft does not warrant or support non-Lendysoft products or services, whether or not they are designated by Lendysoft as “verified” or otherwise, and disclaims all liability for such products or services. If you install or enable any third party products or services for use with Lendysoft products, you acknowledge that Lendysoft may allow the vendors of those products and services to access Your Data as required for the interoperation and support of such add-ons with the Lendysoft products. Lendysoft shall not be responsible for any disclosure, modification or deletion of Your Data resulting from any such access by third party add-on vendors.
THIRD PARTY VENDOR PRODUCTS. Customer is responsible for procuring its own instance of the Microsoft Certificate Services provided in a dedicated Customer Azure tenant and all applicable licenses. Customer is responsible for assigning to Entrust or otherwise ensuring that Entrust has the required permissions and rights under such licenses to perform the tasks described in this Schedule.

  • Third Party Products and Services Through its Cortex Hub security operating platform, Palo Alto Networks may make available to you third-party products or services (“third-party apps”) which contain features designed to interoperate with our Products. To use such features, you must obtain access to such third-party apps from their respective providers. All third-party apps are optional and if you choose to utilize such third-party apps:

  • Third Party Products 1. Third Party Hardware. We will sell, deliver, and install onsite the Third Party Hardware, if you have purchased any, for the price set forth in the Investment Summary. Those amounts are payable in accordance with our Invoicing and Payment Policy.

  • Third Party Users If required by Applicable Laws and Regulations or if the Parties mutually agree, such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld, to allow one or more third parties to use the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities, or any part thereof, Developer will be entitled to compensation for the capital expenses it incurred in connection with the Attachment Facilities based upon the pro rata use of the Attachment Facilities by Connecting Transmission Owner, all third party users, and Developer, in accordance with Applicable Laws and Regulations or upon some other mutually-agreed upon methodology. In addition, cost responsibility for ongoing costs, including operation and maintenance costs associated with the Attachment Facilities, will be allocated between Developer and any third party users based upon the pro rata use of the Attachment Facilities by Connecting Transmission Owner, all third party users, and Developer, in accordance with Applicable Laws and Regulations or upon some other mutually agreed upon methodology. If the issue of such compensation or allocation cannot be resolved through such negotiations, it shall be submitted to FERC for resolution.

  • New Products You agree to comply with NASD Notice to Members 5-26 recommending best practices for reviewing new products.

  • Other Products and Services As our customer, you have access to a suite of financial products and services availed by ourselves, our affiliates and strategic partners designed to help you address and achieve your financial needs and goals. You agree that you can obtain information about such Products and Services via our website xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx.xx and you further agree that we can from time to time communicate information in relation to such Products or Services to you specifically or generally to all cardmembers via such communication mode as we consider appropriate.

  • Licensed Products Lessee will obtain no title to Licensed Products which will at all times remain the property of the owner of the Licensed Products. A license from the owner may be required and it is Lessee's responsibility to obtain any required license before the use of the Licensed Products. Lessee agrees to treat the Licensed Products as confidential information of the owner, to observe all copyright restrictions, and not to reproduce or sell the Licensed Products.

  • Third Party Contractors Tenant shall obtain and deliver to Landlord, Third Party Contractor’s certificates of insurance and applicable endorsements at least seven (7) business days prior to the commencement of work in or about the Premises by any vendor or any other third-party contractor (collectively, a “Third Party Contractor”). All such insurance shall (a) name Landlord as an additional insured under such party’s liability policies as required by Section 10.3.1 above and this Section 10.6, (b) provide a waiver of subrogation in favor of Landlord under such Third Party Contractor’s commercial general liability insurance, (c) be primary and any insurance carried by Landlord shall be excess and non-contributing, and (d) comply with Landlord’s minimum insurance requirements.
