[CVs of Key Personnel – as a minimum any lead consultant, with others, as considered appropriate along with required staff levels;] and [confirmation of discounts applicable to the work, as referenced in Schedule 3.] The Service Provider shall ensure that any prices submitted in relation to a Mini Compeition held pursuant to this paragraph 3 shall be based on the Charges and take into account any discount to which the Client may be entitled as set out in Schedule 3. The Service Provider agrees that all tenders submitted by the Service Provider in relation to a Mini Competition held pursuant to this paragraph 2 shall remain open for acceptance for thirty (30) days (or such other period specified in the invitation to tender issued by the relevant Client in accordance with the Ordering Procedure).

THE SERVICE PROVIDER’S OBLIGATIONS. The Service Provider will establish mechanisms to ensure the timely and consistent monitoring and viewing of invitations to submit Tenders published by Contracting Authorities, especially via the ITQ facility on the Buying Solutions website. The Service Provider will in writing, by the time and date specified by the Contracting Authority, in accordance with Clause 3.4.1.3.3, provide the Contracting Authority with either:- a statement to the effect that it does not wish to submit a Tender in relation to the relevant Services Requirements and provide the Contracting Authority with the reason for the decision to decline the invitation; or its Tender made in respect of the relevant Services Requirements. In the event that the Service Provider submits a Tender , it should include, as a minimum:- an email response subject line to comprise a unique reference number and the Service Provider’s name, so as to clearly identify the Service Provider; a brief summary, in the email, stating whether or not the Service Provider is submitting a Tender for the Services Requirement; a statement of the work needing to be done in order to fulfil the Services Requirements. CVs of Key Personnel; and confirmation of the Contract Price and any discounts that will apply The Service Provider shall ensure that the Contract Price submitted in relation to a further competition held pursuant to this Clause shall be based on the information concerning day rates and discounts set out in the Catalogue of Services. Under no circumstances should the maximum day rate in the Catalogue of Services be exceeded when calculating the Contract Price. The Service Provider agrees that all Tenders submitted by the Service Provider in relation to a further competition held pursuant to this Clause shall remain open for acceptance for a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days (or such other longer period specified in the invitation to Tender issued by the relevant Contracting Authority in accordance with the Award Procedure).
