Note: Costs of shipping or repossession of the property by the U.S. Government will be borne by the LEA. Submit disposal, through FEPMIS, Change of Status. Submit transfer, through FEPMIS, Modify. Except weapons and aircraft, this is done by email to State Coordinator. Receipt all property issued, in FEPMIS, with 24hours of receipt of the property. If property is not receipted, XXX will be suspended until all property has been receipted. Submit copies of DD Form 1348’s on all property once you have pick it up from Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Disposition Services, within seven (3) days of receipt. You are required to take three (3) photos of all vehicles with a DEMII code B-Q. and DEMIL A Controlled property. Photos must be of the front, left side and data plate. When sending in the photos, please make sure the DTID is identified in the file name of the photo. Suspend or terminate an LEA if an LEA materially fails to comply with any term of this MOA, any Federal stature or regulation, or any assurance provided in the MOA. All designated POC must attend all training requirements as required in order to participate in the 1033 program. Contact the State Coordinator, in writing, not later than 30 days prior, when property accountable officer changes.

An LEA applying to be a CWTP in the 2021- 2022 academic year MUST provide both Pre-ETS AND Transition services. Otherwise, the LEA will be considered in breach of the MOA.

  • Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES The Pre-Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed with Pre-Construction Phase Services issued by Owner and shall continue through completion of the Construction Documents and procurement of all major Subcontractor agreements. Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for any costs incurred for Pre-Construction Phase Services performed before issuance of the written Notice to Proceed. Pre-Construction Phase Services may overlap Construction Phase Services. Contractor shall perform the following Pre-Construction Phase Services:

  • Preconstruction Phase Services Preconstruction Phase Services shall mean all services described in Article 3.1, and any similar services described in the Request for Proposals, including such similar services as are described in the Construction Manager at Risk’s Response to the Request for Proposals to the extent they are accepted by Owner, but excluding any Early Work. Early Work shall be considered part of Construction Phase Services.

  • Construction Phase Fee Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee is the maximum amount payable to Contractor for any cost or profit expectation incurred in the performance of the Work that is not specifically identified as being eligible for reimbursement by Owner elsewhere in this Agreement. References in the UGSC to Contractor’s “overhead” and “profit” mean Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee. The Construction Phase Fee includes, but is not limited to, the following items:

  • Emergency Maintenance LightEdge reserves the right to perform emergency Service maintenance as needed outside the Scheduled Maintenance window, in which case LightEdge will make a reasonable effort to notify the Customer if feasible under the circumstances. Any such maintenance will be considered an “Emergency Maintenance”. All Service SLAs will apply during Emergency Maintenance.

  • Preconstruction Phase The Preconstruction Phase shall mean the period commencing on the date of this CM/GC Contract and ending upon commencement of the Construction Phase; provided that if the Owner and CM/GC agree, the Construction Phase may commence before the Preconstruction Phase is completed, in which case both phases shall proceed concurrently, subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents.

  • Pre-Construction Phase Employer’s Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Comprehensive General Liability and Comprehensive Automobile Liability in the amounts as set forth in the UGSC.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE FEE The Pre-Construction Phase Fee is the total compensation payable to Contractor for the performance of Pre-Construction Phase Services, except for Additional Pre-Construction Phase Services approved in advance and in writing by Owner. The Pre-Construction Phase Fee shall be a lump sum amount based on the AACC established in this Agreement.
