Control Property. The information on Schedule 4 is true, correct and complete. All Deposit Accounts, Electronic Chattel Paper, Commercial Tort Claims and Investment Property, respectively, existing on the date hereof is identified on Schedule 4.
Control Property. Pursuant to Section 6 of the body of the Fee Schedule, Grantee may elect to purchase the Control Property. As provided in Section 6, the purchase price for the Control Property shall be the amount equal to 150% of the fair market value of the acreage of the Control Property for agricultural use and it shall be payable within 30 days after the Commercial Operation Date for the Project with which the Control Property is associated.
