Term/Temporary Employees. 1.2.1 A term/temporary employee covered by a Column C agreement who has worked in term/temporary assignment(s) which, in the aggregate, equal(s) a minimum of .5 FTE during the 200 1-2002 school year shall have their name added to the Rate of Pay Maintenance Schedule as appropriate.

Term/Temporary Employees. The District recognizes that agencies and departments have extended many temporary and term employees’ appointments to perform permanent services. To address the interests of current term and temporary employees whose appointments have been so extended over time and who perform permanent services, the parties agree to the following:
