TERM OF PAYMENT. The Implementation Charge set forth on the attached Schedule(s) shall be payable in two equal monthly installments commencing on the Effective Date. The Monthly Service Charges will be payable by the Customer commencing sixty days after the Effective Date. Pilot will submit to Customer an invoice for services provided at the beginning of each monthly period payable upon receipt of invoice. A monthly service charge of 1.5% of the unpaid balance will be payable on past due balances.
TERM OF PAYMENT. The term for the payment of the invoices shall be THIRTY (30) calendar days, except otherwise provided in the Special Bidding Terms and Conditions. The Parties shall timely calculate the promotion fee incurred in the previous settlement period within the current settlement period, and Party A shall timely provide Party B with an invoice of the equal amount after receiving the sealed order or the Data Promotion Settlement Statement issued by Party B.

The obligation to make Product Payments hereunder shall begin on the date of the first commercial sale of the Acquired Product in any country for which the Product Option has been exercised.
