Term; Hours of Use. The term of this Agreement shall be fifteen (15) years, beginning on , 20 , and ending at 11:59 p.m. on the date that is fifteen years thereafter (the “Term”), unless sooner terminated under the terms of this Agreement. City shall be permitted to enter and use the Field only during those days and hours set forth on Exhibit “B” attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. FCBE expressly retains the right to use the Premises for School activities during all other hours. In the event that City’s scheduled activities do not occupy all of the hours during which City is permitted the use of the Premises as aforesaid, FCBE shall, after consultation with City, have the exclusive use of the Premises during the unoccupied hours. FCBE shall in all events have the use of the remainder of the School Property.

Term; Hours of Use. The term of this agreement shall be for a period of approximately ten (10) weeks beginning on the 1st day of April, 2021 and terminating on the 1st day of November, 2021. During the term of this agreement, Licensee may use the licensed premises described herein to host little league baseball games (“games”) and pre-game practices pursuant to the schedule provided to the Recreation Department prior to the start of the season and as agreed upon by the City of Cohoes Department of Recreation. LICENSEE UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ALL DAYS AND HOURS OF USE OF THE LICENSED PREMISES MUST BE COORDINATED WITH AND APPROVED BY THE CITY OF COHOES DEPARTMENT OF RECREATION.

  • Medicaid-Funded Hours Worked Effective July 1, 2021, the Employer shall contribute the Retirement Rate or eighty cents ($0.80), whichever is higher, to the Retirement Trust for each Medicaid-Funded Hour worked by all home care workers covered by this Agreement with seven-hundred and one (701) or more cumulative career hours and fifty cents ($0.50) for each hour worked by all home care workers covered by this Agreement with less than seven-hundred one (701) cumulative career hours. Medicaid- Funded Hour(s) worked shall be defined as all hours worked by all employees covered by this Agreement in the Employer's in-home care program that are paid by Medicaid, excluding vacation hours, paid-time off hours, and training hours.
