Tenant Coordinator. Landlord’s Tenant Coordinator shall be responsible for the review of Tenant’s Design Drawings and Final Plans. All questions pertaining to the design and construction of the Leased Premises and all plan submittals shall be directed to the Tenant Coordinator.

Tenant Coordinator. Landlord shall designate a person, or persons, as Tenant Coordinator (“Tenant Coordinator”) who alone shall have authority on behalf of Landlord to oversee and manage the review and approval of Preliminary Documents, Construction Documents, As-Built Documents, Plan Revisions and other matters specified in this Exhibit C and the Tenant Package. No matter shall be deemed approved by Landlord under this Exhibit C or the Tenant Package unless approved in writing by the Tenant Coordinator. Landlord may, from time-to-time and upon written notice to Tenant’s Representative, name another person or persons as Tenant Coordinator.

With regard to all matters involving such work, Tenant shall communicate with the Tenant Coordinator rather than the TI contractor. The Tenant Coordinator will furnish Tenant with notices of substantial completion, cost estimates for Over Standard Work, Landlord's approvals or disapprovals of Plans and changes thereto, billxxxx xxx actual costs of Over Standard Work and other similar notices. With regard to all matters involving such Tenant Improvement Work, Tenant shall communicate with the Project Manager rather than with the TI Contractor or any subcontractor. Landlord shall not be responsible for any statement, representation or agreement made between Tenant and the TI Contractor or any subcontractor. It is hereby expressly acknowledged by Tenant that such TI Contractor is not Landlord's agent and has no authority whatsoever to enter into agreements on Landlord's behalf or otherwise bind Landlord. The Project Manager will furnish Tenant with notices of substantial completion, cost estimates for Tenant Improvement Work, Landlord's approvals or disapprovals of all plans and drawings and changes thereto.
Tenant Coordinator. Landlord has designated a "Tenant Coordinator" who shall be responsible for the management and coordination of all work to be performed in the Premises and for the coordination with Tenant on all matters governed by these Construction Provisions. The Tenant Coordinator shall be paid a fee equal to five percent (5%) of the cost of the improvements, services and materials furnished as part of Tenant's Work as reimbursement for the expense of administration and coordination of such work. The Tenant Coordinator will furnish Tenant with notices of substantial completion, Landlord's approvals or disapprovals of Plans and changes thereto, and other similar notices. Tenant shall deliver any payments that may be required hereunder to be paid to Landlord to the Tenant Coordinator unless written notice is given by Landlord to the contrary.

  • Project Coordinator 3. Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected.
