Tenant Package Clause Samples

The Tenant Package clause defines the set of items, services, or amenities that the landlord provides to the tenant as part of the lease agreement. This may include features such as parking spaces, access to common areas, utilities, or maintenance services, and can also specify any furnishings or equipment included with the rental unit. By clearly outlining what is included in the tenant's package, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures both parties have a shared understanding of the tenant's entitlements under the lease.
Tenant Package. Tenant acknowledges it has received from Landlord a Tenant Package which shall govern all of Tenant’s Work. Tenant shall, and Tenant shall cause, Tenant’s Architect, Tenant’s engineer and Tenant’s Contractor and subcontractors to, in all respects comply with, and Tenant’s Work shall in all respects be subject to, the Tenant Package. “Tenant Package” means the package(s) containing, among other materials, the following: (a) Tenant Design and Construction Criteria, (b) Sign Criteria and Plan Submittal Guidelines, (c) Contractors’ Rules and Regulations and
Tenant Package. Tenant acknowledges receipt of the Tenant Package (as defined in Exhibit B) which outlines specific requirements to be adhered to for the purpose of the initial construction of the Premises.

Tenant Package. Tenant Package Landlord shall provide a “Tenant Package” to better identify the Leased Premises and provide details in describing conditions of the shell structure. This package may contain such items as: a. Lease exhibit drawing indicating approximate Leased Premises. b. Dimensional floor plan drawings, if available. Tenant shall not rely on such plans or drawings and must field-verify physical dimensions and existing conditions in the Leased Premises prior to and during Tenant Work (defined in ARTICLE 2 VI of the Lease). c. Criteria Manual containing Tenant-required drawing submissions information, sign criteria, architectural, electrical and mechanical information necessary for the preparation of Tenant’s plans, typical detail sheets, and other information. d. By the execution of ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Lease, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ acknowledges receipt of the Tenant Package and by this reference, it is incorporated in the Lease.
