Plans and Drawings definition

Plans and Drawings means the plans and drawings attached hereto or listed and/or described in the Specification.
Plans and Drawings means the plans and drawings (and any accompanying materials) referred to in Schedule 4 of this Agreement. The Parties acknowledge that, from time to time, the Plans and Drawings may, with the prior written acceptance of the Municipality, be revised, and if the Municipality provides its acceptance for any revision wherever there is, in this Agreement, any reference to Plans and Drawings, such reference shall be and be deemed to be to the Plans and Drawings so revised with the prior acceptance of the Municipality, and any and all obligations, responsibilities, and otherwise of the Owner to construct or otherwise under or pursuant to this Agreement shall be deemed to reference, apply, and have regard to (and the Owner shall follow and adhere to), the Plans and Drawings so revised.
Plans and Drawings means all architectural and engineering plans, designs, drawings, surveys, and studies pertaining to the Properties.

More Definitions of Plans and Drawings

Plans and Drawings shall have the meaning set forth in Section 17.1.1 of this Agreement.
Plans and Drawings means the design of the Solar Park Facility or the Transmission Facility, as may be applicable, identifying the details set forth in Schedule 2;“Preliminary Obligation Bond”means the bond substantially in the format given in Volume I (Instructions to Project Proponents), Annexure 3 of the Request for Proposals for Development of 100 MW Solar PV Power Plant on Build, Own and Operate (BOO) Basis, and construction of 132 kV Transmission Facility on Turnkey Basis;“Preliminary Period”means the period commencing on the Execution Date and, ending on the earlier of:(i) 2400 Hours on the Day falling two hundred and seventy Days thereafter; and(ii) 2400 Hours on the Day on which the Project Company gives the CEB the Construction Notice;“Pre-Synchronisation Tests”in relation to the Agreement, means the tests described in Schedule 6 (Testing and Commissioning Procedure for Project Facility);“Programme”means the construction programme under the Turnkey Contract;“Programme of Works”means the programme prepared by the Project Company and agreed by the Parties under Clauses 4.1 and 4.2 setting out the key activities and milestone dates for the development of the Solar Park Facility or the Transmission Facility, as may be applicable, and achievement of the Scheduled Operation Date thereof, or the Scheduled Commercial Operation date, as may be applicable, as may be amended by agreement of the Parties from time to time;Information Copy - Not for Bidding
Plans and Drawings means the plans and/or drawings for the Approved Project. "Project" means a project which is or is to be the subject of an Application.

Related to Plans and Drawings

  • Record Drawings means a reproducible set of Construction Documents into which the Architect has incorporated: (a) clarifications, sketches and other Modifications made by the Architect during the Construction Phase; and (b) significant changes in the Work made during construction as shown on the Trade Contractor’s As-Built Drawings.

  • Contract Drawings means those drawings specifically entitled as such and listed in the Specifications or in any Addendum, or any drawings furnished by the Commissioner, pertaining or supplemental thereto.

  • Plans and Specifications means the plans, drawings and specifications reasonably necessary to properly assess and review proposed Work prior to issuance of any approval that may be required under this Agreement;

  • As-built drawings, as used in this clause, means drawings submitted by the Contractor or subcontractor at any tier to show the construction of a particular structure or work as actually completed under the contract. “As-built drawings” shall be synonymous with “Record

  • Working Drawings means the final working drawings approved by Landlord, as amended from time to time by any approved changes thereto, and “Work” means all improvements to be constructed in accordance with and as indicated on the Working Drawings, together with any work required by governmental authorities to be made to other areas of the Building as a result of the improvements indicated by the Working Drawings. Landlord’s approval of the Working Drawings shall not be a representation or warranty of Landlord that such drawings are adequate for any use or comply with any Law, but shall merely be the consent of Landlord thereto. Tenant shall, at Landlord’s request, sign the Working Drawings to evidence its review and approval thereof. After the Working Drawings have been approved, Tenant shall cause the Work to be performed in accordance with the Working Drawings.

  • Construction Drawings means those drawings containing the technical details associated with the design, construction and installation of the Infrastructure;

  • Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Work, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections approved by the City in accordance with the Municipal Code and this Agreement.

  • Construction Contracts means the contracts between Lessee and Contractors for the furnishing of labor, services or materials to the Leased Premises in connection with the construction of the Improvements.

  • Shop Drawings means drawings, submitted to the PHA by the Contractor, subcontractor, or any lower tier subcontractor, showing in detail (1) the proposed fabrication and assembly of structural elements and (2) the installation (i.e., form, fit, and attachment details) of materials of equipment. It includes drawings, diagrams, layouts, schematics, descriptive literature, illustrations, schedules, performance and test data, and similar materials furnished by the Contractor to explain in detail specific portions of the work required by the contract. The PHA may duplicate, use, and disclose in any manner and for any purpose shop drawings delivered under this contract.

  • Drawings means the drawings prepared by the Architects and issued by the Engineer and referred to in the specifications and any modifications of such drawings as may be issued by the Engineer from time to time ‘Contract value shall mean value of the entire work as stipulated in the letter of acceptance of tender subject such additions there to or deductions there from as may be made under the provide herein after contained.

  • Record drawing or “as-builts” means a set of reproducible drawings which show significant changes in the work made during construction and which are usually based on drawings marked up in the field and other data furnished by the contractor.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • The DRAWINGS / MAPS means the drawing/map or drawings/maps mentioned in NIT and any modifications of them approved by the Employer or any further Working drawings/maps or sketches by the Employer or any further working drawings/maps or sketches which may be furnished or approved in writing by the Employer.

  • Facility Leases means agreements for the lease by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or Joint Ventures of real estate utilized as a vehicle parking facility and/or for ancillary parking and transportation services.

  • Construction Costs means land costs, all costs paid to construct and complete the Improvements, as specified on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof.

  • Marihuana facility means a location at which a licensee is licensed to operate under the medical marihuana facilities licensing act.

  • Final Drawing has the meaning specified in Section 3.05(i).

  • Shop Drawing means any and all drawings, diagrams, layouts, explanations, illustrations, manufacturer's drawings or other written or graphic materials which illustrate any portion of the construction work.

  • Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.

  • Non-Extension Drawing has the meaning specified in Section 3.5(d).

  • Approved Plans means a stock option or similar plan for the benefit of employees or others which has been approved by the stockholders of the Acquiror.

  • Construction Plan means a representation of a project site and all activities associated with the project. The plan includes the location of the project site, buildings and other infrastructure, grading activities, schedules for implementation, and other pertinent information related to the project site. A storm water pollution prevention plan is a part of the construction plan.

  • Improvements means the buildings, structures, improvements, and alterations now constructed or at any time in the future constructed or placed upon the Land, including any future replacements and additions.

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

  • Construction Contract means the agreement(s) entered into between the Company and the Construction Contractor(s) for the design, engineering, procurement, construction, completion, start-up, testing, and Commissioning of the Facility, and also includes any amendment to such agreement(s) made from time to time;
