Tenancy support. 8.2.1 If we consider, after consulting you, that either you or someone in your household needs support we will tell you in writing. If we do this, you must take reasonable steps to ensure that support is accepted and must co-operate and behave reasonably towards the people providing the support. Note. Support means assistance usually from us or an external support agency to help you to comply with your obligations under the tenancy. Examples: drugs or alcohol addiction and debt problems

Tenancy support. The Support Provider is responsible for supporting individual clients to sustain their tenancy. They are responsible for: ▪ Assigning a Support Worker to work with the client and the Housing Provider ▪ Developing and agreeing support plans with clients and overseeing their implementation ▪ Carry out regular support visits in line with the agreed support plan ▪ Regularly reviewing the support plan to ensure it is appropriate and adequate ▪ Liaise with Housing Provider where there are any identified tenancy management issues ▪ Advising the housing provider immediately if the support relationship ceases.
Tenancy support. 4.5.1 Northwards will identify Tenants who need help in setting up and maintaining their tenancies and will ensure that appropriate services are provided directly or through the provision of information, signposting or support in accessing the appropriate service from the Council’s tenancy support service or alternative providers. Northwards will support the Council with their commitment to supporting complex families within the Management Area and will play a full and active role in the provision and signposting of such support. Northwards will keep an accurate and confidential record of any such referrals and will work in partnership with other agencies in order to build knowledge and ongoing links with key organisations.

  • Work Load The professional obligation of academic employees comprises both scheduled and non-scheduled activities. The Guild and the District recognize that it is part of the professional responsibility of faculty to carry out their duties in an appropriate manner and place. As part of this responsibility faculty are expected to play an important role in the recruitment and retention of students, campus and departmental governance, program review, accreditation, planning and mentoring.
