Support Agency definition

Support Agency means the agency listed as such for each Property on Attachment A Column 8 to this Settlement Agreement. Where a State agency is the Lead Agency, U.S. EPA will be the Support Agency; where U.S. EPA is the Lead Agency, a State Agency and/or St. Regis Mohawk Tribe will be the Support Agency or Agencies.

Support Agency means the agency or agencies that provide the support agency coordinator to furnish necessary data to the lead agency, review response data and documents, and provide other assistance as requested by the OSC or RPM. EPA, the USCG, another federal agency, or a state may be support agencies for a response action if operating pursuant to a contract executed under section 104(d)(1) of CERCLA or designated pursuant to a Superfund Memorandum of Agreement entered into pursuant to Subpart F of the NCP or other agreement. More Definitions of Support Agency

Support Agency means the regulatory agency (U.S. EPA or IDHW) which has not been assigned as Lead Agency. The Support Agency provides review, comments, and consultation as resources permit;
