BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS Clause Samples

A Building Services Contracts clause defines the terms and conditions under which building-related services are provided, such as construction, maintenance, or repair work. This clause typically outlines the scope of services, timelines, payment terms, and responsibilities of both the service provider and the client. By clearly specifying these elements, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings, ensures that both parties are aware of their obligations, and provides a framework for resolving disputes related to the performance of building services.
