Temporary Living Allowance. Employee agrees to relocate Employee's principal domestic residence to within fifty (50) miles of Ann Arbor, Michigan, by December 31, 2005. For so long as Employee maintains Employee's principal domestic residence in Dana Point, California, but in no event later than August 31, 2005, Employer will reimburse Employee for the following costs:
Temporary Living Allowance. The Executive shall receive a temporary monthly living allowance of $20,000 for up to 12 months following the Effective Date, subject to the Executive’s continued employment during that period, to assist the Executive with relocating to the Dallas/Fort Worth area and related expenses, such as temporary housing and commuting; provided that the allowance shall cease upon such time that the Executive has completed his relocation to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. To the extent the Executive has not completed his relocation within 12 months following the Effective Date, the Independent Members of the Board (or an independent committee thereof) shall consider whether and to what extent, if any, the allowance shall continue. Any taxes payable with respect to the payments made by the Company to the Executive pursuant to this Section 5(f)(ii) shall be the sole responsibility of the Executive, and the Company will follow federal, state and local tax regulations with regard to the reporting and withholding on such payments.
Temporary Living Allowance. During the first twelve (12) months of the Employment Period the Company agrees to pay to the Executive a monthly allowance of $5,000 to compensate the Executive to defray any temporary living costs and expenses that the Executive may incur related to fulfilling the duties of The Position as described in Paragraph 3 herein. Any additional amounts paid to the Executive would be made by mutual agreement of both Parties.
Temporary Living Allowance. During the term of his employment hereunder, while the Executive is providing services to the Company in the Metropolitan Area, the Company agrees to provide Executive a reasonable housing and food allowance until the date on which the Executive relocates from Westport, Connecticut to the Metropolitan Area.
Temporary Living Allowance. Subject to prior approval by the Company of estimates submitted to the Company for such expenses, the Company shall pay Executive a temporary living allowance for 30 days following Executive's relocation to Brussels, Belgium for expenses relating to hotel and car rental.
Temporary Living Allowance. Should this be necessary and subject to prior approval by SITEL of the necessity as well as of estimates submitted to SITEL for such expenses, SITEL shall pay Xxxxxxxx a temporary living allowance for 30 days following Xxxxxxxx' relocation to Brussels, Belgium for expenses relating to hotel and car rental.
Temporary Living Allowance. An annual temporary living -------------------------- allowance up to twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000). The mechanics for payment/reimbursement will be agreed between executive and the Company's CFO.
Temporary Living Allowance. The Employee will receive a temporary living allowance of SFr 2’500 per month until such time as the Employee permanently relocates to the headquarters location at a time mutually agreed by the Company and the Employee.
Temporary Living Allowance. If it is necessary to begin work prior to moving, a Temporary Living Allowance of up to $3,000 will be provided for the employee to cover or offset the cost of interim housing for up to 30 days. Expenses intended to be covered or offset by this allowance include: • Thirty (30) days’ lodging in furnished corporate housing with kitchen facilities (arranged through Cornerstone Relocation) or an extended stay hotel. • In moves over 500 miles, a mid-size car rental for up to seven (7) days while the employee’s car is transported to the new location will be provided. • If the distance between the old and new locations is less than 500 miles, personal auto mileage will be reimbursed. Miscellaneous Relocation Allowance You will incur some expenses that may not be specifically covered under this policy. For this reason, the company will provide you with a Miscellaneous Relocation Allowance as calculated in the table below. This allowance should be used to cover things such as: • New auto registrations • Installation of new appliances • Pet transportation • Moving antiques or valuables that are not covered under transportation of household goods • Housecleaning • Security deposits for temporary living or rentals The Miscellaneous Allowance will be paid when you begin working in the new location.
Temporary Living Allowance. The Executive will be entitled to reimbursement of reasonable temporary living expenses through March 31, 2000.
