TECHNICAL SERVICE COORDINATOR. The Technical Service Coordinator, described in the Service(s) Offerings Chart and the Ops Manual, is a resource responsible for coordinating installation and ongoing support for Customer. Symantec must first receive a purchase order sufficient to cover all travel and incidental expenses if Customer has purchased the Technical Service Coordinator service and requests that the Technical Service Coordinator perform Service(s) at Customer’s site.

TECHNICAL SERVICE COORDINATOR. Customer may optionally purchase the services of a Technical Service Coordinator (“TSC”). The TSC is a remote resource responsible for fulfilling tasks that directly support the Service(s) in a manner tailored for the Customer. The TSC and Customer will mutually agree to tasks which support the delivery of Service(s), such that these tasks may not exceed twenty (20) hours per week of the TSC’s time and must fall within the technical expertise of the TSC. Common tasks that a TSC can perform are identified in the Ops Manual.

  • Service Coordinators Each Party has designated an employee or title as the key contact for the day-to-day implementation or monitoring of each Service as specified in the applicable Transition Service Schedule (each, a “Service Coordinator”). The Parties shall direct communications relating to specific Services to the applicable Service Coordinators. The Service Coordinators shall report to the Transition Committee from time to time, as directed by the members of the Transition Committee designated by the applicable Party.

  • Project Manager The term “Project Manager” refers to the employee of the State who has been assigned responsibility for overseeing and managing the proper and timely implementation of the project.

  • Project Coordinator 3. Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected.
