TAXES AND COMPULSORY PAYMENTS. The Buyer will pay all present and future duties, taxes, levies, governmental charges, or other compulsory payments, of whatever nature, arising out of or associated with the sale of the Products, and imposed by any country or territory through which the Products may pass.

TAXES AND COMPULSORY PAYMENTS. 13.1 Unless stated elsewhere in this Agreement, each Party shall bear liability for the compulsory payments and taxes applying (if any) to it under the provisions of any law on sale or acquisition of the Sold Shares under this Agreement.

TAXES AND COMPULSORY PAYMENTS. 7.1 As of the commencement of the tenancy period or from the date of receiving possession of the premises – whichever is earlier – the Company alone shall be liable for all municipal and government taxes, rates and the various compulsory payments and loans applicable now or in future, during the tenancy period, to the owner or occupier of the premises pursuant to any law, save for betterment levy in relation to any building addition made on the premises after this date, which shall be borne by the Kibbutz alone. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, in the event of payments as aforesaid that apply to a period longer than the tenancy period, the Company shall pay a pro rata part of such payments in an amount equal to the ratio between the balance of the tenancy period and the balance of the lease period, including the period of the option given to the Kibbutz pursuant to the lease.
TAXES AND COMPULSORY PAYMENTS. 10.1 The Company shall deduct at source any tax and compulsory payment in compliance with the law in any event of payment under this Agreement. It is hereby explicit that the Company must deduct at source any such tax and compulsory payment at the maximum rate determined by the law, unless it is stated otherwise in an approval from the Tax Authority that was submitted by the Service Provider.
