Usage Fee. For all days on which the Aggregate Outstanding Credit Exposure exceeds 50% of the Aggregate Commitment, the Parent agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of each Lender according to its Pro Rata Share a usage fee at a per annum rate equal to the Applicable Fee Rate on the amount of the Aggregate Outstanding Credit Exposure from the date hereof to and including the Facility Termination Date, payable on each Payment Date hereafter, on each respective Commitment Maturity Date, and on the Facility Termination Date.
Usage Fee. The Lessee shall pay to the MSDPT a usage fee for the use by the Lessee of the Premises, all other equipment of the MSDPT contained in the Event Space to be used by the Lessee and the Equipment, if any, which usage fee amount is set forth in the Fee Schedule attached hereto as Attachment #1, plus all other charges to be paid by the Lessee under this Agreement.
Usage Fee. Borrower will pay hereafter on the last day of each calendar quarter for the period from and including the date the Line was established to and including the maturity date of the Line, a usage fee at a rate per annum of .25% of the average daily unused portion of the Line during such period. The Borrower may at any time upon written notice to the Bank permanently reduce the amount of the Line at which time the obligation of the Borrower to pay a usage fee shall thereupon correspondingly be reduced.
Usage Fee. Usage Fee" has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4 (b).

Usage Fee. The total fee for the LESSEE’S usage of the PREMISES shall be ($ ). This amount shall be paid, in full, at least five (5) days before the commencement of the usage period.
Usage Fee. Partner shall pay Mod9 for the use of the Software based on the fee structure set forth in the License Agreement (“Usage Fee”).

Effective October 1, 2004, United and Vision jointly and severally agree to pay to the Agent and the Banks the following usage fees (the "Usage Fees"): (i) a usage fee computed at the rate of one and one-quarter of one percent (1.25%) per annum times the average monthly aggregate unpaid principal balance for all Repurchase Loan Advances and all Aged Loan/Extended Period Shipped Loan Advances, (ii) a usage fee computed at the rate of one-half of one percent (.50%) per annum times the average monthly aggregate unpaid principal balance for all Subprime Loan Advances, (iii) a usage fee computed at the rate of nine-tenths of one percent (.90%) per annum times the average monthly aggregate unpaid principal balance for all Working Capital Loan Advances, and (iv) a usage fee computed at the rate of fifteen-hundredths of one percent (.15%) per annum times the average monthly aggregate unpaid principal balance for all Alternative Lending Advances which are not Subprime Loan Advances."
Usage Fee. The Borrower will to pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of each Applicable Lender a usage fee equal to 1.50% per annum of the outstanding principal amount of each Tranche X Advance and Tranche Z Advance for the period from and including the date on which such Advance is made through but excluding the earlier of the date on which such Advance is repaid or prepaid and August 4, 2001. Such usage fee shall be payable in full on August 4, 2001; provided that no usuage fee shall be payable if all -------- Trache X Advances and Tranche Z Advances shall have been prepaid in full pursuant to (S)3.02 or 3.03 prior to August 4, 2001.
Usage Fee. On or prior to the disbursement of any Acquisition Loan, in addition to the interest and other fees payable in respect of the Acquisition Facility, the Borrower shall pay to the Bank a usage fee ("Usage Fee"), in an amount equal to .25% of the amount of such Acquisition Loan.
