TASK FORCE COMMITTEE. The District and Local No. 1 agree to establish a joint task force composed of three (3) representatives from the District and three (3) from Local No. 1. The District representatives shall include a representative of the Special Education Department or Regional Superintendents, one (1) representative from Classified Personnel, and one (1) other designated by the District. The Union committee members shall consist of one (1) Local No. 1 staff member, the President of the Paraprofessional Unit, and one (1) other designated by the Union. The purpose of the committee shall be to address the following issues affecting Special Education paraprofessional Unit members:

TASK FORCE COMMITTEE. During the three (3) year contract the Association and the District will formulate a Task Force Committee comprised of Board members, teachers, and administrators to develop a better understanding and make recommendations on directions of future professional teacher contracts. TASK FORCE COMMITTEE. There shall be a permanent Task Force Committee composed of the Chief Shop Xxxxxxx, two (2) other representatives of the Union and the Human Resources Manager (or his/her designee) and two (2) other representatives of the Employer. The Committee shall meet on a quarterly basis. The Task Force Committee can suggest to the Employer and the Union methods to share values of the partnership with employees, to improve working relationships between employees and supervisors, to deal with customer service issues, to improve education programs, to deal with abuses of sick leave, and to discuss any other issues the parties agree upon. A meeting of the Task Force may be called by either the Chief Shop Xxxxxxx or the Human Resources Manager (or his/her designee).

  • Technical Committee 1. The Technical Committee shall comprise:

  • Study Committee The parties shall utilize the Benefits Advisory Committee, with equal membership by the State and the VSEA, for the purpose of reviewing all issues related to health care and prescription drugs, and recommending changes to the bargaining committees. The parties shall also establish a special study committee to evaluate the current health plans, and make recommendations to the bargaining committees of the State and employees for sustainable savings in the health care plans.

  • Staffing Committee A. Responsibilities. The Nurse Staffing Committee (“NSC”) shall be responsible for determining the Institute’s staffing plan and resolving complaints raised by nurses regarding the implementation of the plan as well as those activities required of it under RCW 70.41, et seq and its successors.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Grievance Committee The Hospital will recognize a Grievance Committee composed of the Chief Xxxxxxx and not more than (as set out in Local Provisions Appendix) employees selected by the Union who have completed their probationary period. A general representative of the Union may be present at any meeting of the Committee. The purpose of the Committee is to deal with complaints or grievances as set out in this Collective Agreement. The Union shall keep the Hospital notified in writing of the names of the members of the Grievance Committee appointed or selected under this Article as well as the effective date of their respective appointments. A Committee member shall suffer no loss of earnings for time spent during their regular scheduled working hours in attending grievance meetings with the Hospital up to, but not including arbitration. The number of employees on the Grievance Committee shall be determined locally.

  • Advisory Committee The Settling State shall designate an Opioid Settlement Remediation Advisory Committee (the “Advisory Committee”) to provide input and recommendations regarding remediation spending from that Settling State’s Abatement Accounts Fund. A Settling State may elect to use an existing advisory committee or similar entity (created outside of a State-Subdivision Agreement or Allocation Statute); provided, however, the Advisory Committee or similar entity shall meet the following requirements:

  • Curriculum Committee The Curriculum Committee shall consist of sixteen (16) members of the bargaining unit, three (3) students, and three (3) administrators; provided, however, that in the case of the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and the Massachusetts Maritime Academy, the Curriculum Committee shall be composed of ten (10) members of the bargaining unit, two (2) students, and two (2) administrators.

  • Joint Steering Committee [***] following the Effective Date [***], a joint steering committee (the “JSC”) will be established by the Parties to provide oversight and to facilitate information sharing between the Parties with respect to the activities under this Agreement.

  • Scheduling Committee (a) The parties agree to the formation of a Scheduling Committee to discuss and assist in resolving scheduling issues.

  • Project Steering Committee (a) The Recipient shall establish and maintain at all times until the completion of the Project, the Project Steering Committee with a composition, mandate and resources satisfactory to the Association.
