Takaful Insurance. 8.1 Where the Goods do not comprise a motor vehicle, the Owner will, at the expense of the Hirer and for the duration of this Agreement, cover/insure the Goods under an all risk takaful/insurance policy (i) in the Hirer’s name and (ii) for the full replacement value of the Goods against fire, accident, theft and such other risks as the Owner may from time to time require, with a licensed takaful/insurance company. The takaful/insurance policy will bear an endorse- ment of the Owner’s interest in the Goods and contain a provision that any monies payable to the Hirer under the policy will be paid to the Owner. All amounts payable in respect of such takaful/insurance will form part of the Hire Purchase Price (as defined below).
Takaful Insurance. SECTION 6.01 TAKAFUL/ INSURANCE ON PROPERTY The Chargor shall always keep insured the Property and all fixture erected thereon under a Takaful/insurance plan in the name of the Chargor against loss or damage by fire, lighting, tempest, flood, riot, civil commotion, strike, malicious acts and against such other risks as the Chargee may from time to time think expedient and keep the same so insured throughout the duration of this Charge to its full insurable value to the satisfaction of the Chargee with a Takaful/insurance company approved by the Chargee.

  • TOOL INSURANCE 278. The City agrees to indemnify employees covered under this Agreement for the loss or destruction of the employee's tools subject to the following conditions:

  • Travel Insurance The Employer shall provide and pay the full cost for travel insurance to cover all members of the bargaining unit for all modes of travel, in the amount of $200,000.00. The travel insurance policy shall also cover employees while on union business.

  • INDUSTRIAL INSURANCE It is understood and agreed that there shall be no Industrial Insurance coverage provided for Contractor or any Sub-Contractor of the Contractor by the City. Contractor agrees, as a precondition to the performance of any work under this Agreement and as a precondition to any obligation of the City to make any payment under this Agreement to provide City with a certificate issued by an insurer in accordance with NRS 616B.627 and with a certificate of an insurer showing coverage pursuant to NRS 617.210. It is further understood and agreed by and between City and Contractor that Contractor shall procure, pay for, and maintain the above mentioned industrial insurance coverage at Contractor's sole cost and expense. Should Contractor be self-funded for Industrial Insurance, Contractor shall so notify City in writing prior to the signing of this Contract. City reserves the right to approve said retentions, and may request additional documentation, financial or otherwise, for review prior to the signing of this Contract. MINIMUM LIMITS OF INSURANCE CONTRACTOR shall maintain coverages and limits no less than:

  • INDUSTRIAL INSURANCE COVERAGE The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Title 51 RCW, Industrial Insurance. If the Contractor fails to provide industrial insurance coverage or fails to pay premiums or penalties on behalf of its employees, as may be required by law, Agency may collect from the Contractor the full amount payable to the Industrial Insurance accident fund. The Agency may deduct the amount owed by the Contractor to the accident fund from the amount payable to the Contractor by the Agency under this contract, and transmit the deducted amount to the Department of Labor and Industries, (L&I) Division of Insurance Services. This provision does not waive any of L&I’s rights to collect from the Contractor.

  • Air Travel Insurance (a) In the event of death or disability incurred while travelling by commercial aircraft on business of the Employer, regular and auxiliary employees will be covered by the terms and conditions of the Employer blanket insurance policy.

  • Basic Medical Insurance All regular Employees may choose to be covered by the medical plan for which the British Columbia Medical Plan is the licensed carrier. Benefits and premiums shall be in accordance with the existing policy of the plan. The Employer will pay one hundred percent (100%) of the regular premium.

  • Medical Insurance Upon termination of employment, the Executive shall be entitled to all COBRA continuation benefits available under the Company's group health plans to similarly situated employees. To the extent permitted under Code Section 409A, during the applicable Payout Period, the Company shall provide such COBRA continuation benefits to the Executive at the active employee rates similarly situated employees must pay for such benefits. Upon the expiration of such Payout Period, the Executive will be responsible for paying the full COBRA premiums for the remaining COBRA continuation period.

  • All insurance policies (with the exception of workers’ compensation, employer’s liability and professional liability) will be endorsed and name the Board of Regents of The University of Texas System, The University of Texas System and University as Additional Insureds for liability caused in whole or in part by Contractor’s acts or omissions with respect to its on-going and completed operations up to the actual liability limits of the required insurance policies maintained by Contractor. Commercial General Liability Additional Insured endorsement including ongoing and completed operations coverage will be submitted with the Certificates of Insurance. Commercial General Liability and Business Auto Liability will be endorsed to provide primary and non-contributory coverage.

  • Trauma Insurance All employees will be covered by an Incolink administered lump sum insurance policy providing financial compensation in the event of a major work related (ie. WorkCover) accident resulting in death or permanent total disablement. The full and precise conditions of this cover will be in accordance with the terms of the policy, but in general will provide that, in the event of a workplace accident occurring which results in either the death or total permanent disablement of a worker covered by this Agreement, a lump sum payment as specified below will made. The defined payments are: With dependants $250,000 Without dependants $150,000 This benefit has been agreed to by the company on the grounds that premium costs have been set at $7 per week/worker and will not exceed that amount. In the event of insurance costs rising, it is agreed that the table of defined benefits will be reduced so as to maintain the $7 premium figure. To maintain this cover the company agrees to pay the amounts every week for each employee.

  • Umbrella Insurance During the term of this Contract, Supplier will maintain umbrella coverage over Employer’s Liability, Commercial General Liability, and Commercial Automobile. Minimum Limits: $2,000,000
