Surcharging Clause Samples

The Surcharging clause defines the conditions under which additional fees may be imposed on top of the standard charges for goods or services. Typically, this clause outlines when and how a surcharge can be applied, such as for payments made by credit card, during peak periods, or for expedited services. Its core practical function is to provide transparency and set clear expectations regarding extra costs, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring both parties understand when surcharges may be incurred.
