Supporting Operations 273. This has been prepared in the context of the project “Digital Transformation of the Greek Industry”, for the purposes of the Deliverable 3 in accordance with the signed contract No SRSS/SC2019/034 Lot 1, Implementing framework contract procedure SRSS/P2017/FWC001 Lot 1. - This Report has been prepared by PricewaterhouseCoopers Business Solutions S.A. (PwC) for the exclusive use of DG Reform and the main beneficiary of the project, it being the General Secretariat for Industry, and should not be relied upon by any third party for any purpose. The authors do not assume and hereby disclaim any liability to any party for any loss or damage howsoever arising from the use of this Report or of the information contained herein by any person other than the DG Reform. - PwC does not assume any audit responsibility, nor substitutes the appointed audit bodies, based on the National Audit Rules by an auditor. - PwC is not liable for any use of the Deliverables for audit, accounting, tax, financial, legal, etc. purposes by third parties (e.g. public authorities, audit bodies, etc.). - The product of this work is limited to supportive services offered to the Contracting Authority. - The relevant Authorities are solely responsible for the final decisions made.   • Account Monitoring Merchant acknowledges that Servicer will monitor Merchant’s daily deposit activity. Servicer may upon reasonable grounds suspend disbursement of Merchant's funds for any reasonable period of time required to investigate suspicious or unusual deposit activity. Servicer will make good faith efforts to notify Merchant promptly following suspension. Servicer is not liable to Merchant for any loss, either direct or indirect, which Merchant may attribute to any suspension of funds disbursement.

  • Project Monitoring The Developer shall provide regular status reports to the NYISO in accordance with the monitoring requirements set forth in the Development Schedule, the Public Policy Transmission Planning Process Manual and Attachment Y of the OATT.

  • Project Monitor The Project shall be monitored by the Sponsor through the Director of the Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxxx County Human Services Department (“Project Monitor”). In the event of noncompliance with this Grant Contract by Grantee, the Project Monitor shall report said noncompliance to the Lancaster County Board for further action which may include termination of the Grant Contract.

  • Program Monitoring The Contractor will make all records and documents required under this Agreement as outlined here, in OEC Policies and NHECC Policies available to the SRO or its designee, the SR Fiscal Officer or their designee and the OEC. Scheduled monitoring visits will take place twice a year. The SRO and OEC reserve the right to make unannounced visits.

  • Contract Monitoring The criminal background checks required by this rule shall be national in scope, and must be conducted at least once every three (3) years. Contractor shall make the criminal background checks required by Paragraph IV.G.1 available for inspection and copying by DRS personnel upon request of DRS.

  • Community Engagement Integration Activities The SP will support the HSP to engage the community of diverse persons and entities in the area where it provides health services when setting priorities for the delivery of health services and when developing plans for submission to the LHIN including but not limited to CAPS and integration proposals.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Television Equipment Recycling If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.
