Supervision and Staffing. 29.01 In addition to the employee’s salary, a fireman who is designated by the Chief to be the Senior Officer during the absence of a shift officer, shall receive the same compensation paid to a Lieutenant for each hour worked as the Senior Officer.

Conducts orientation programs for new staff and implements training programs for other staff as required.
